Abstract

Kewirausahaan merupakan salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh dalam bidang ekonomi suatu Negara. Untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha, diperlukan pembentukan niat berwirausaha Niat dapat di tingkatkan dengan memperhatikan faktor internal dan eksternal seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh (1) gambaran faktor internal; (2) gambaran faktor eksternal; (3) gambaran nit wirausaha; (4) pengaruh faktor internal terhadap niat wirausaha; (5) pengaruh faktor ekternal terhadap niat wirausaha; (6) pengaruh faktor internal dan eksternal terhadap niat wirausaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode explanatory survey dengan teknik probability sampling dengan sampel jenuh yang berjumlah sebanyak 126 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan path analysis dengan alat bantu program SPSS 24.0 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa faktor internal dan eksternal berpengaruh positif terhadap niat wirausaha dengan pengaruh berkategori tinggi. Penulis merekomendasikan agar SMK Indonesia Raya Bandung dapat lebih memperhatikan faktor eksternal yaitu meliputi lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan sosial, untuk dapat meningkatkan niat wirausaha siswa. Kata kunci: faktor internal, faktor ekternal, niat wirausaha ABSTRACT Nurhidayah (140624), "The Influence of Internal and External Factors on Entrepreneurial Intentions (Survey of Class XI Students in Craft and Entrepreneurship Subjects at SMK Indonesia Raya Bandung)” The study is conducted under the guidance of Prof. Dr. H. Hari Mulyadi, M.Si. and Sulastri, S.Pd., M.Stat., MM. Entrepreneurship is one of the factors that influence the economy of a country. To become an entrepreneur, it is necessary to form an entrepreneurial intention. Intention can be increased by paying attention to one's internal and external factors. This study aims to obtain (1) an overview of internal factors; (2) description of external factors; (3) description of entrepreneurial units; (4) the influence of internal factors on entrepreneurial intentions; (5) the influence of external factors on entrepreneurial intentions; (6) the influence of internal and external factors on entrepreneurial intentions. The research method used is an explanatory survey method with a probability sampling technique with a saturated sample of 126 respondents. The data analysis technique used was path analysis with SPSS 24.0 for Windows program tools. Based on the results of data analysis carried out, it was concluded that internal and external factors had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions with a high category influence. The author recommends that SMK Indonesia Raya Bandung can pay more attention to external factors, which include the family environment and social environment, to increase students' entrepreneurial intentions.
