    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat belajar siswa kelas 4 SDN Sukamanah Tanggulun pada pembelajaran IPA karena minat menjadi salah satu dorongan kuat yang akan memengaruhi pencapaian hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran tertentu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriftif. Peneliti menggunakan empat orang siswa kelas 4 SDN Sukamanah Tanggulun sebagai sampel dan satu orang guru kelas 4 sebagai informan yang dianggap dapat memberikan informasi yang akurat dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA dan apa saja faktor yang memengaruhi minat belajar siswa adalah melalui kegiatan observasi wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari kegiatan observasi menunjukan beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA di kelas 4 yaitu situasi kelas yang kondusif, bahan ajar yang variatif, serta sikap guru yang terbuka dan atraktif. Kegiatan wawancara bersama empat sampel siswa kelas 4 menunjukkan hasil bahwa minat siswa belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA kelas 4 di SDN Sukamanah Tanggulun sudah cukup baik. Kegiatan dokumentasi menunjukan daftar nilai akhir dari keempat sampel yang menunjukkan hasil di atas KKM, hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa minat belajar dapat memengaruhi hasil belajar siswa.

    This research aims to knowing interest of 4th grader for learning Science in Elementery School because interest is one of the strong impulses that will affect the achievement of student learning outcomes on certain subjects. This research was included in type of qualitative descriptive research. Researchers used four grade 4 students at SDN Sukamanah Tanggulun for samples and and one 4th grade teacher as an informant who is considered to be able to provide accurate information in this research. Data collection techniques in this research to find out how students are interested in learning science and what are the factors that influence students interest in learning are from observation, interviews and documentation activities. The results of the observation activities showed several factors that influence students interest in learning science in grade 4, there are a conducive classroom situation, varied teaching materials, and the attitude of the teacher who is open and attractive. The interview activities with four samples of 4th grade students showed that the students interest in learning science in grade 4 at SDN Sukamanah Tanggulun was quite good. The documentation activities showed a list of the final scores of the four samples that showed results above the KKM, it proves that interest in learning can affect student learning outcomes.
