Abstract

ABSTRAK Pandemi Covid-19 masih menjadi suatu permasalahan di berbagai Negara termasuk Indonesia. Seseorang yang memiliki penyakit penyerta (komorbid) adalah kelompok yang rentan terinfeksi virus tersebut. Penyakit Diabetes Melitus merupakan salah satu penyakit penyerta (komorbid) yang banyak ditemukan pada pasien Covid-19. Hingga saat ini pemberlakuan pembatasan aktivitas di luar ruangan harus terus dilakukan. Sehingga seseorang dengan penyakit Diabetes Melitus haruslah memiliki upaya untuk dapat melakukan manajemen kesehatan dirinya agar terhindar dari perburukan penyakit yang berakibat rentan terinfeksi virus Covid-19 dengan cara melakukan manajemen diabetes salah satunya melakukan Aktivitas Fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat aktivitas fisik penderita diabetes melitus selama pandemi Covid-19 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Situ. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel yang diambil secara Total Sampling yaitu penderita diabetes melitus di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Situ khususnya di Kelurahan Situ sebanyak 50 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan menggunakan tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran tingkat aktivitas fisik penderita diabetes melitus selama pandemi covid-19 mayoritas memiliki tingkat aktivitas fisik sedang sebanyak 32 orang (65.3%), kategori aktivitas ringan sebanyak 13 orang (26.5%), sedangkan kategori berat sebanyak 4 orang (8.2%). Dari hasil penelitian ini sebagian besar responden tetap melakukan aktivitas fisik selama pandemi covid-19 ini. Namun, dalam hal ini ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat aktivitas fisik antara lain usia, jenis kelamin, dan pekerjaan. ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic is still a problem in various countries including Indonesia. Person who has comorbid disease is a vulnerable group infected with the virus. Diabetes Mellitus disease is one of the comorbid diseases found in 19 patients. Until now, restrictions on outdoor activities must continue. So that someone with Diabetes Mellitus disease must have efforts to avoid worsening the disease and infection of the Covid-19 virus by conducting diabetes management, one of which is doing Physical Activity. This study aims to find out an overview of the level of physical activity of patients with diabetes mellitus during the Covid-19 pandemic in the working area of Situ Health Center. The method used is quantitative research method with quantitative descriptive research design. The population and samples taken in Total Sampling are patients with diabetes mellitus in the working area of Situ Health Center, especially in Situ Village as many of the research instruments use questionnaires. Quantitative data analysis is conducted using frequency distribution tables. The results of the study obtained an overview of the level of physical activity of patients with diabetes mellitus during the covid-19 pandemic the majority have a moderate level of physical activity as much as 32 people (65.3%), the category of light activity as many as 13 people (26.5%), while the category of vigorous as much as 4 people (8.2%). From the results of this study, most respondents continued to do physical activity during the covid-19 pandemic. However, in this case there are several factors that affect the level of physical activity including age, gender, and occupation.
