Abstract
Kedisiplinan merupakan hal yang mutlak harus diterapkan bagi siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar, membantu percepatan tujuan pendidikan yang telah diamanatkan dalam undang-undang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penanggulangan pelanggaran kedisiplinan terhadap belajar siswa, pembelajaran di laksanakan secara daring dan tatap muka. Kegiatan belajar di masa pandemi dengan melakukan tatap muka dikerenakan sebagian siswa ada yang tidak mempunyai gadget, pembelajaran tersebut dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yakni hari senin-selasa kelas 1-3 dan hari rabu-jum’at kelas 4-6, sedangkan kegiatan belajar daring di lakukan setiap hari. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara, penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian guru kelas 1-5, yang dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Telarsari III Kecamatan Jatisari Kabupaten Karawang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk pelanggaran kedisiplinan siswa SD Negeri Telarsari III, yaitu a) Terlambat masuk sekolah, b) Keluar masuk kelas saat kegiatan pembelajaran berlangsung, c) Siswa berbicara kurang baik dan sopan kepada guru dan teman, d) Pakaian seragam tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan sekolah, e) Tidak ikut bertanggung jawab atas kebersihan kelas dan sekolah atau piket di kelas, f) Tidak memperhatikan saat kegiatan pembelajaran berlangsung, g) Membuat kegaduhan dan mengganggu teman kelasnya, h)Tidak mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan oleh guru. Upaya guru dalam penanggulangan kedisiplinan terhadap belajar siswa yakni 1) pembiasaan, 2) contoh atau teladan, 3) penyadaran, 4) pengawasan, 5) pemberian nasihat, juga pemberian sanksi terhadap siswa yang melanggar aturan tata tertib sekolah dan memberikan pembinaan terhadap siswa agar siswa tidak lagi melanggar aturan yang telah dibuat sekolah. Kata kunci : Kedisiplinan, Penanggulangan Kedisiplinan ----- Discipline is an absolute must be applied to students in the process of teaching learning, assisting the increased educational goals that have been mandated in the law. The study aims to know how the disciplinary breaches of student study, study are executed online and face-to-face. Learning during the pandemic by doing face to face with the result that some students do not have gadgets, the study is divided into two sets of happy Tuesday classes 1-3 and rain-friday classes 4-6, while online learning is done daily. Data collection carried out using interviews, this study included a kind of qualitative study on class 1-5 teacher's research subject, conducted at the world's telarsari III Jatisari Karawang. Based on studies it may be concluded that the forms of elementary school student discipline telarsari iii, a) late to school, b) in and out of class during learning activities, c) students speak poorly and politely to teachers and friends, d) uniform clothing is not consistent with school rules, e) take no note of classroom and school and school activities, f) take no note of the learning activities taking place, G) making noise and harassing his classmates, h) failing to do the tasks assigned by the teacher. The teacher's efforts in disciplinary action against student learning are 1) breeding, 2) example or example, 3) raising, 4) supervision, 5) administering counsel, as well as sanctioning students who violate the school's rules of order and providing training to students so that students no longer break the rules the school has made.
