Abstract
The method used in this research is the method of development and validation. The study was conducted on 15 students of class XI in one of the high schools in Bandung, which were divided into three groups. The instruments developed are in the form of skills questions (task) and assessment rubrics based on KD 4.10 with six indicators and eight skills questions that have four scoring rubrics for each skill question. The quality of the instrument was determined by the content validity based on experts consisting of two Chemistry Education lecturers and three chemistry teachers, as well as an online inter-rater reliability test obtained by assessing students' knowledge of practical critical thinking skills through worksheets containing critical thinking skills questions based on the assessment rubric. The results showed that the assessment instrument developed met the valid criteria with a CVR value = 1 and was reliable with a Cronbach Alpha value in the range of 0.750 in the good category to 1,000 in the very good category, and also claimed practicable with practicality value 89%.
