Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh banyaknya universitas-universitas yang telah memiliki kelas-kelas online, baik universitas mancanegara maupun universitas yang ada di Indonesia sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui secara lebih jelas mengenai implementasi pembelajaran online pada universitas di seluruh dunia, terutama dilihat dari aspek infrastruktur, infostruktur, dan infokultur pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review. Pencarian artikel yang relevan dilakukan pada publikasi online yang telah memiliki Digital Object Identifier (DOI), baik nasional maupun internasional yang diterbitkan antara Tahun 2010 sampai Tahun 2021. Penulis memperoleh 26 artikel yang memenuhi syarat berdasarkan karakteristik pemilihan artikel relevan yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Temuan artikel menunjukan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran online berdasarkan infrastuktur belum berjalan dengan baik karena infrastruktur yang digunakan belum memadai, dimana jaringan internet masih kurang stabil dan alat penunjang pembelajaran yang belum memadai. Kemudian implementasi pembelajaran online berdasarkan infosturktur telah berjalan dengan baik karena media dan aplikasi pembelajaran yang digunakan terbilang mudah untuk dioprasikan, bahkan video pembelajaran merupakan media yang paling disukai karena dapat dijeda dan diputar ulang. Sementara implementasi pembelajaran online berdasarkan infokultur belum berjalan dengan baik karena masih banyak mahasiswa yang belum dapat beradaptasi dengan baik dengan pembelajaran online sehingga mereka kesulitan untuk memahami materi yang diberikan dan banyaknya tugas yang mereka miliki menjadi permasalahan tersendiri bagi mahasiswa. This research is motivated by the number of universities that already have online classes, both foreign universities and universities in Indonesia itself. The purpose of this study is to find out more clearly about the implementation of online learning at universities around the world, especially from the aspect of infrastructure, infostructure, and infoculture. The research method used was a systematic literature review. The search for relevant articles was carried out on the online publications that already had a Digital Object Indentifier (DOI), both nationally and internationally, which were published between 2010 and 2021. The author obtained 26 articles that met the requirements based on the characteristics of the selection of relevant article that had been previously determined. The findings of the article show that the implementation of online learning based on infrastructure has not been going well because the infrastructure used is not adequate, where the internet network is still less stable and learning support tools are not adequate. Then the implementation of online learning based on infostructure has been going well because media and applications used are fairly easy to operate, even learning videos are the most preferred media because they can be paused and replayed. While the implementation of online learning based on infoculture has not been going well because there are still many students who have not been able to adapt well to online learning so that they find it difficult to understand the material provided and the number of assignments they have is a problem for students.
