Abstract
Pelayanan masyarakat dapat dikategorikan efektif apabila masyarakat mendapatkan kemudahan pelayanan dengan prosedur yang singkat, biaya murah, cepat, tepat dan memuaskan. Keberhasilan meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan umum ditentukan oleh faktor kemampuan pemerintah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja aparat pelayanan. Khususnya wilayah kecamatan jalancagak, Pemerintah Kecamatan Jalancagak, Kepolisian Sektor Jalancagak, dan Puskesmas Jalancagak dituntut untuk meningkatkan kinerja perangkat atau petugas pelayanan dalam upaya mendukung pemerintahan yang baik.Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran nyata mengenai bagaimana optimalisasi peran strategis pelayanan di kecamatan, kepolisian sektor, dan puskesmas dalam mendukung pemerintahan yang baik. Kemampuan melayani menjadi indikator awal berhasil tidaknya seorang camat, kepala kepolisian sektor, dan kepala puskesmas beserta perangkatnya dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugasnya. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sedangkan teknik penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis .Hasil analisis data mengenai optimalisasi peran strategis pelayanan di kecamatan, kepolisian sektor, dan puskesmas dalam mendukung pemerintahan yang baik, secara umum masyarakat menilai kemampuan melayani, kemudahan proses pelayanan, kedisiplinan aparat atau petugas, kecermatan aparat atau petugas, responsif, dan jaminan yang diberikan oleh pelayan kepada masyarakat sudah sesuai harapan masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai optimalisasi peran strategis pelayanan di kecamatan, kepolisian sektor, dan puskesmas dalam mendukung pemerintahan yang baik dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemerintah kecamatan memiliki posisi strategis dalam pelayanan bidang administratif seperti pembuatan akta jual beli, akta tanah, pembuatan kartu tanda penduduk (KTP) dan pembuatan kartu keluarga (KK). Sedangkan Kepolisian sektor jalancagak memiliki posisi strategis dibidang pemeliharaan keamanan, ketertiban masyarakat, penegakan hukum, melindungi, mengayomi, dan melayani masyarakat di wilayah kecamatan Jalancagak dan Puskesmas Jalancagak memiliki posisi strategis dalam pelayanan kesehatan di bidang kesehatan ibu dan anak (KIA) di wilayah Kecamatan Jalancagak. Pelayanan yang telah diberikan oleh pemerintahan kecamatan, kepolisian sektor, dan puskesmas jalancagak sudah sangat baik dan dapat mendukung pemerintahan yang baik. Penilaian tentang kemampuan melayani yang dijalankan aparat/petugas pemerintahan kecamatan, kepolisian sektor, puskesmas oleh masyarakat, tanpa disadari secara perlahan akan menumbuhkan kemampuan berfikir kritis dan analitis. Abstract . Community service can be considered effective if people have easy service with a short procedure, low cost, rapid, precise and satisfying. The ability to increase the effectiveness of public services determined by the ability of the government to improve labor discipline service personnel. In particular district area Jalancagak, Jalancagak District Government, Police Sector Jalancagak, and health centers Jalancagak required to improve the performance of the device or service representatives in support of good governance. In general, this study aims to find out the real picture of how to optimize the strategic role of services in the district, the police sector, and health centers in support of good governance. The ability to serve an early indicator of success or failure of a sub-district head, sector police chief, and the head of the device and its health centers in carrying out their duties. In this study, the authors used a quantitative approach, while the research techniques used in this study is a descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis of data on the optimization of the strategic role of services in the district, the police sector, and health centers in support of good governance, in general assess the ability of the public service, ease of service of process, discipline officer or officers, officials or officers accuracy, responsiveness, and assurance given by servant to the community is appropriate societal expectations. Based on the results of research on the optimization of the strategic role of services in the district, the police sector, and health centers in support of good governance can be concluded that the sub-district government has a strategic position in the field of administrative services such as sale deed, deed of land, creation of identity card (KTP) and card-making families (KK). While police Jalancagak sector has a strategic position in the field of maintenance of security, public order, law enforcement, protecting, nurturing, and serving the community in the sub-district health centers Jalancagak Jalancagak and has a strategic position in the health services in the field of maternal and child health (KIA) in the District Jalancagak. Service rendered by the government district, the police sector, and health centers Jalancagak been very good and can support good governance. Assessment of the ability to serve the executed officers/sub-district government officials, police sector, the community health centers, without realizing it will slowly grow the ability to think critically and analytically.
