Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum maksimalnya kinerja guru Jurusan OTKP Se SMK Swasta Kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kinerja, tingkat motivasi kerja dan tingkat penghargaan, dan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh penghargaan terhadap motivasi kerja, penghargaan terhadap kinerja, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja dan pengaruh penghargaan terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi kerja guru jurusan OTKP Se SMK Swasta Kota Cimahi Metode penelitian menggunakan exsplanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Responden adalah 89 guru jurusan OTKP Se SMK Swasta Kota Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Path Analysis dengan aplikasi SPSS V26. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penghargaan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, pengargaan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dan penghargaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru melalui motivasi kerja guru OTKP Se SMK Swasta Kota Cimahi. Dengan demikian bahwa pemberian penghargaan terhadap guru dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru dan akan berdampak kepada kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: Penghargaan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Guru The problem studied in this study is that the performance of teachers in the OTKP Department at the Cimahi City Private Vocational School has not been maximized. This study aims to determine the description of the level of performance, the level of work motivation and the level of appreciation, and to determine the effect of rewards on work motivation, rewards on performance, work motivation on performance and the effect of rewards on performance through the work motivation of teachers majoring in OTKP Se SMK Private Cimahi City. The research method uses an explanatory survey. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Respondents were 89 teachers majoring in OTKP Se Vocational High Schools in Cimahi City. The data analysis technique uses Path Analysis with the SPSS V26 application. The results of the study indicate that awards have a significant and significant effect on work motivation, appreciation and work motivation have a significant and significant effect on teacher performance, and awards have an effect on teacher performance through the work motivation of OTKP teachers at Private Vocational Schools in Cimahi City. Thus, giving awards to teachers can increase teacher work motivation and will have an impact on teacher performance. Keywords: Reward, Work Motivation, Teacher Performance
