    Abstract

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemi Covid-19 terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan asosiatif. Penelitian dilakukan secara sensus terhadap 107 siswa kelas X program keahlian Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner rating scale skala 5. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pembelajaran daring telah dilaksanakan dengan efektif, (2) motivasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi, (3) pembelajaran daring memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Dengan demikian salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa adalah dengan melaksanakan pembelajaran daring yang efektif.

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of online learning on students' motivation in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research used the descriptive and associative methods. The research was conducted by census of 107 tenth grade students of the Office Governance Automation competency at State Vocational High School 3 Bandung City. Scale 5 rating questionnaires were used as data collection technique in this research. Data analysis techniques used in this research is regression. Research indicates that: (1) online learning has been effectively implemented, (2) students’ motivation in learning is at the high category, (3) online learning has significant impact on students' motivation in learning. Thus, one way to increase students’ motivation in learning is by implementing an effective online learning.
