Abstract
Abstrak: Penelitian ini berjudul layanan konseling berdasarkan struktur Carkhuff untuk membantu siswa mengidentifikasi identitas dirinya. Penelitian ini diakukan di salah satu SMA Negeri di kota Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan status identitas siswa dengan menggunakan layanan konseling berdasarkan struktur Carkhuff. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada struktur keterampilan konseling dari Carkhuff yang meliputi Attending, Responding, Personalizing, Initiating dan empat karakteristik status identitas yang dikemukakan oleh Marcia. Penelitian ini menggunakan subjek tunggal yang berjumlah tiga orang dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa layanan konseling berdasarkan struktur Carkhuff dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan identitas dirinya. Berdasarakan analisis lebih lanjut, layanan konseling berdasarkan struktur Carkhuff dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan eksplorasi dan komitmennya agar tercipta sebuah pencapaian identitas diri yang stabil. Kata Kunci : Konseling Individual, Struktur Carkhuff, Identitas Diri. Abstract: This research servis titled Carkhuff counseling based structure to help strudent identify himself identity. This study was conducted in one state high school in the city of Bandung. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of individual counseling services based on Carkhuff structure to help students identify her identity. The study was based on the four skills of counseling Carkhuff which include Attending, Responding, Personalizing, Initiating and the four identity status characteristics proposed by Marcia. This study used a single subject amounting to three people. The results showed that individual counseling services based on Carkhuff structure can effectively help the student identify his or her identity. Based on further analysis, individual counseling services based on Carkhuff structure can help students develop exploration and commitment in order to create an identity achievement is more stable.
