Abstract
A work accident is a condition or condition that can harm a company. Losses that can occur due to work accidents are the loss of human resources, loss of company assets, or company reputation. One of the actions to minimize the occurrence of work accidents is to analyze the hazards that exist in the work then control is carried out to minimize the occurrence of work accidents or called HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Rizk Assessment and Risk Control). This study aims to determine the description of the hazards that can occur, the level of risk in each job, to the risk control that can be done to minimize the occurrence of work accidents in the process of unloading cementing unit at Shorebase Cirebon, Cirebon Harbor. This study uses a qualitative method with the approach of HIRARC Hazard Identification, Rizk Assessment and Risk Control) and JSA (Job Safety Analysis). The results of the study found ten stages of work with other additions in which there were 32 medium-level hazards, 13 major hazards, and nine other very high-level hazards. Implementation in the field has been carried out based on applicable regulations, but there is still a need for refreshment on periodic Occupational Risk Assessments, in-house training on Occupational Safety and Health, periodic replacement of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) or tools and others.
