Abstract
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu masih rendahnya perilaku berkoperasi anggota Koperasi Mahasiswa Bumi Siliwangi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Perilaku berkoperasi yang dimaksud adalah perilaku anggota dalam mengikuti kegiatan yang diadakan koperasi, membayar kewajiban-kewajiban administratif, memanfaatkan pelayanan koperasi, mengambil keputusan pada saat rapat anggota, serta melakukan pengawasan terhadap koperasi. Rendahnya perilaku berkoperasi anggota dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, namun faktor yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan perkoperasian dan motivasi mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan perkoperasian dan motivasi mahasiswa terhadap perilaku berkoperasi. Dengan objek penelitian adalah mahasiswa/i anggota KOPMA Bumi Siliwangi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survey eksplanatory. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket dengan jumlah sampel 215 mahasiswa/i anggota KOPMA BS UPI yang diambil secara proportional stratified random sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS 21.0 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh temuan penelitian bahwa pengetahuan perkoperasian, motivasi mahasiswa, dan perilaku berkoperasi termasuk dalam kategori baik. Kemudian pengetahuan perkoperasian dan motivasi mahasiswa berpengaruh terhadap perilaku berkoperasi, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan perkoperasian, Motivasi Mahasiswa, Perilaku Berkoperasi. The problem of this research was the lack of conciouness of students as the students’ cooperation members in participating on cooperative activity in Students’ Cooperation Bumi Siliwangi Indonesia University of Education (KOPMA BS UPI). The cooperative activities included paying administrative duty, utilizing cooperative service, taking decision in member meeting, and supervising cooperation. The lack of cooperative activities was affected by various factor, such as cooperative knowledge and student motivation. This research aimed to investigate the effect of cooperative knowlegde and motivation to students’ cooperative behavior. The object of this research are the member of Students’ Cooperation Bumi Siliwangi Indonesia University of Education. This research employed survey explanatory method. Meanwhile, the questionnaire instrument was used for the data collecting technique. The questionnaires were collected from 215 students who were the member of KOPMA BS UPI as the sample of this research. The sample was chosen by the proportional stratified random sampling method. The data of this research was analyzed statistically by using multiple linier regression analyses from SPSS 21.0 for Windows. Based on the data analysis, it was found that students cooperative knowledge, motivation, and cooperative behavior were counted as the good category. Furthermore, students cooperative knowledge and motivation affected students cooperative behavior both partially and simultaneously.
