Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran terkait Adaptasi Pelaksanaan Tugas Guru dan Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di SMP Negeri 1 kuningan. Peran Guru dalam pelaksanaan tugas pada masa pandemi Covid-19 terdiri dari perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan penilaian pembelajaran. Untuk Peran Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah dalam pelaksanaan tugas pada masa pandemi Covid-19 terdiri dari pelayanan, pelayanan kepada guru dan siswa dan pengelolaan sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara, dan observasi yang kemudian menggunakan perangkat lunak Nvivo dalam reduksi datanya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Adaptasi Pelaksanaan Tugas Guru dan Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di SMP Negeri 1 Kuningan yaitu berusaha untuk mengoptimalkan pembelajaran agar materi tersampaikan dengan baik kepada siswa seperti dengan cara meningkatkan kemampuan IT yang menunjang pada kegiatan proses belajar mengajar, penyesuaian alokasi waktu agar pelaksanaan pembelajaran lebih singkat namun lebih detail sehingga pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung tidak terlalu bertele-tele sehingga point penting harus tersampaikan ke peserta didik dan tersedianya workshop tentang pembelajaran daring agar efektif di tahun 2020 yang disediakan oleh sekolah. This study aims to provide an overview relation to Adaptation of Implementation of Teacher and School Administration Staff Duties at SMPN 1 Kuningan During COVID-19 Pandemic. The teachers' roles in the execution of task consist of lesson planning, learning implementation, and learning assesment. Meanwhile the school administration staff roles in the execution of task during pandemic COVID-19 consist of providing service for teacher and student and managing school. his research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this study was interviews and observations which then used Nvivo software for reducing the data. The result of this study indicate that the Adaptation of Implementation of Teacher and School Administration Staff Duties at SMPN 1 Kuningan During COVID-19 Pandemic is trying to optimize learning so the material will still conveyed well to students, such as by increasing IT skills that support teaching and learning activities, adjustment of time allocation so the implementation of learning is shorter but detailed so when the learning process takes place it's not long-winded and the important points of the lesson are well conveyed to student, lastly, it also provides workshops about effective online learning in 2020.
