Abstract
Prestasi siswa Indonesia dalam penilaian TIMSS masih rendah. Salah satu hal yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil TIMSS adalah kesesuaian antara soal yang biasa dikerjakan siswa, dengan domain konten dan kognitif yang diteskan dalam penilaian TIMSS. Sehingga salah satu hal yang perlu untuk dievaluasi adalah buku teks yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran yang biasa memuat soal latihan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian soal dalam buku matematika kelas IV kurikulum 2013 revisi 2018 terbitan kemendikbud dengan domain konten dan domain kognitif TIMSS 2019 mathematics framework. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah soal pada bagian ayo mencoba dan latihan soal di setiap bab yang berjumlah 225 soal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi unitizing, coding, reducing, inferring dan narrating. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan domain konten terdapat 93,78% soal yang termasuk soal TIMSS dan 6,22% soal yang tidak termasuk soal TIMSS. Terdapat 48,89% soal dengan domain konten bilangan, 34,22% soal dengan domain konten geometri dan pengukuran serta 10,67% soal dengan domain konten data. (2) berdasarkan domain kognitif, semua soal yang dianalisis sudah termasuk ke dalam soal TIMSS. Terdapat 56% soal dengan domain kognitif applying, 24,89% soal dengan domain kognitif knowing dan 19,11% soal dengan domain kognitif reasoning. Dengan begitu, buku tersebut masih belum sesuai dengan TIMSS 2019 mathematics framework baik dari segi domain konten maupun domain kognitif. Namun dari segi domain kognitif, buku tersebut sudah menyediakan soal yang dapat melatih kemampuan berpikir siswa terutama kemampuan applying dan reasoning. Kata Kunci: TIMSS 2019 mathematics framework, buku matematika, domain konten, domain kognitif. -----The achievement of Indonesian students in TIMSS assessment is still low. One of the things that can influence TIMSS results is the suitability of the test item that students are used to do, with the domain of content and cognitive tested in TIMSS assessment. So one of the things that need to be evaluated is the textbook that used in the learning activity that usually contains practice items. Thus, this study aims to know the suitability of test items in the mathematics book 4th grade 2013 curriculum revision 2018 published by the Ministry of Education with the domain of content and cognitive TIMSS 2019 mathematics framework. This research is qualitative research with content analysis method. The subject in this study is test items in ayo mencoba and practice section in each chapter, there are 225 test items. Data collection is done with documentation studies. Data analysis techniques are unitizing, coding, reducing, inferring and narrating. The results showed that: (1) based on content domain there were 93,78% of test items that included TIMSS test items and 6,22% of test items that did not include TIMSS test item. There were 48,89% of test items with number content domain, 34,22% of test items with geometry and measurement content domain and 10,67% of test items with data content domains. (2) based on cognitive domain, all the test items that analyzed are included in the TIMSS test item. There were 56% of test items with applying cognitive domain, 24,89% of test items with knowing cognitive domain and 19,11% of test items with reasoning cognitive domain. Thus, the book is still not compatible with TIMSS 2019 mathematics framework both in terms of content domain and cognitive domain. But in terms of cognitive domain, the book already provides test items that can train student's thinking skills, especially applying and reasoning skills.
