Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang hubungan penggunaan bahasa Korea dengan kepuasan komunikasi organisasi bagi karyawan Indonesia yang bekerja di Mu Gung Hwa Korean Supermarket Bandung Raya. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena banyaknya perusahaan Korea yang membuka lowongan kerja di Indonesia dan diutamakan bisa berbahasa Korea. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi perusahaan asing khususnya Korea ketika merekrut karyawan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan mengumpulkan data berupa hasil observasi dan kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh tiga belas karyawan Indonesia di dua cabang Mu Gung Hwa Korean Supermarket sebagai partisipan. Hasilnya, penggunaan bahasa Korea tidak terlalu berdampak pada kepuasan komunikasi organisasi di lingkungan bekerja. Secara garis besar, karyawan merasa puas pada komunikasi organisasi yang terjadi di lingkup kantor Mu Gung Hwa Korean Supermarket Bandung Raya sekalipun tanpa ada penggunaan bahasa Korea. ----- This research focused on the discussion about the influence of Korean language on organizational communication satisfaction for Indonesian employees who worked at Mu Gung Hwa Korean Supermarket Bandung Raya. The purpose of this study wasto determine whether there was an effect of Korean language on organizational communication satisfaction for Indonesian employees who worked at Mu Gung Hwa Korean Supermarket. This research was conducted due to the large number of Korean companies that opened job vacancies for Indonesians with the work qualifications that required Korean language as one of the requirements. Researcher hoped that this research could become a reference for foreign companies, especially Korean, when recruiting Indonesian employees. The method used in this research was quantitative correlation by collecting data in the form of observations and questionnaires that had been filled in by 13 (thirteen) Indonesian employees in two branches of Mu Gung Hwa Korean Supermarket as participants. The result stated that the use of Korean not giving a significant impact on organizational communication satisfaction. Broadly speaking, employees were satisfied with the organizational communication that occurred within the Mu Gung Hwa Korean Supermarket even without using Korean language.
