Abstract

Siswa dituntut aktif dalam segala aktivitas pendidikan. Dalam proses belajar mengajar dengan metode pembelajaran sangat besar peranannya terhadap hasil belajar. Hasil belajar tidak dapat dipisahkan dari perbuatan belajar. Berhasil atau tidaknya seorang siswa dalam pendidikan tergantung pada proses belajar yang dialami oleh siswa tersebut. Model pembelajaran STAD adalah salah satu tipe pembelajaran kooperatif yang paling sederhana dan sebuah cara yang bagus untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas IV SDN 10 Nagri Kaler Tahun ajaran 2020/2021dengan jumlah 15 siswa, yang terdiri dari 7 siswa laki-laki dan 8 siswa perempuan. Instrument penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi, soal tes, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pada setiap siklus mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar. Pada siklus I siswa mendapat nilai tinggi pada 9 siswa (60%) dan nilai rendah pada 6 siswa (40%). Lalu pada siklus II jumlah siswa dengan nilai tinggi sebanyak 12 siswa (80%) dan 3 siswa mendapatkan nilai yang rendah (20%). Kemudian siklus III siswa yang nilai tinggi sebanyak 14 siswa (93,33%) dan 1 siswa yang memiliki nilai rendah (6,6%) Kata Kunci: Model pembelajaran STAD, Hasil belajar. ----- Students are required to be active in all educational activities. In the teaching and learning process, learning methods have a very large role in learning outcomes. Learning outcomes cannot be separated from the act of learning. The success or failure of a student in education depends on the learning process experienced by the student. The STAD learning model is one of the simplest types of cooperative learning and a great way to use it in learning. Types of classroom action research (CAR). The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of SDN 10 Kaler State for the 2020/2021 academic year, totaling 15 students, consisting of 7 male students and 8 female students. The research instrument used observation sheets, test questions, and documentation. The results showed that the STAD model could increase the activity and learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN 10 Kaler State. In the first cycle students who have high learning outcomes are 9 students (60%), while students who have low learning outcomes are 6 students (40%). While the second cycle there was an increase, students who achieved high learning outcomes were 12 students (80%), while students who had low learning outcomes were 3 students (20%). And in the third cycle there was an increase, students had a high learning achievement increase of 14 students (93.33%) and with students who had low learning outcomes 1 person (6.66%).
