Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini, yakni pengembangan bahan ajar menulis memoar berbantuan aplikasi Flipbuilder untuk warga belajar taman bacaan masyarakat. Dalam hal ini, warga belajar taman bacaan masyarakat dapat memiliki kecakapan dalam menulis memoar dengan menggunakan buku audiovisual “Menulis Kreatif Memoar” untuk dipelajari secara individu, berpasangan maupun kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: profil bahan ajar di TBM Mata Rumpaka Kota Tasikmalaya; perencanaan bahan ajar menulis memoar berbantuan aplikasi Flipbuilder untuk warga belajar TBM Mata Rumpaka Kota Tasikmalaya; pengembangan produk bahan ajar menulis memoar berbantuan aplikasi Flipbuilder untuk warga belajar TBM Mata Rumpaka Kota Tasikmalaya; produk akhir bahan ajar menulis memoar berbantuan aplikasi Flipbuilder untuk warga belajar TBM Mata Rumpaka Kota Tasikmalaya; dan respons warga belajar terhadap bahan ajar menulis memoar berbantuan aplikasi Flipbuilder di TBM Mata Rumpaka Kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian R & D dengan model penelitian 4 D. Langkah penelitian ini meliputi tahap define (pendefinisian), design (perencanaan), develop (pengembangan), dan disseminate (penyebaran). Dari hasil validasi desain produk menunjukkan total skor 216 dan rata-rata 3,60 dengan kategori sangat valid. Penggunaan bahan ajar daring terhadap kemampuan menulis memoar warga belajar berdasarkan hasil statistik uji Wilcoxon diperoleh bahwa nilai Thitung (0) lebih kecil daripada nilai Tkritis (8) (Thitung < Tkritis). H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan. Terdapat peningkatan kecakapan menulis memoar dari ke-10 warga belajar jika melihat perbandingan pre test dengan rata-rata nilai 83,4 dan post test dengan rata-rata nilai 89,4. Berdasarkan data tersebut, bahan ajar menulis memoar berbantuan aplikasi Flipbuilder untuk warga belajar TBM Mata Rumpaka dapat dikatakan sangat baik dan layak. The background of this study was the development of instructional material of writing memoirs assisted by an application of flipbuilder for the learners of TBM. In this case, TBM learners could have ability in writing memoirs through an audiovisual book “Writing Memoirs Creatively” to be learned individually, in pairs, or in groups. This study was aimed at knowing: the profile of instructional material at TBM Mata Rumpaka Kota Tasikmalaya, the plan of instructional material of writing memoirs assisted by an application of flipbuilder for the learners of TBM Mata Rumpaka Kota Tasikmalaya; the development of instructional material of writing memoirs assisted by an application of flipbuilder for the learners of TBM Mata Rumpaka Kota Tasikmalaya; the final product of instructional material of writing memoirs assisted by an application of flipbuilder for the learners of TBM Mata Rumpaka Kota Tasikmalaya; and the learners’ responses on the instructional material of writing memoirs assisted by an application of flipbuilder for the learners of TBM Mata Rumpaka. This study used a reasearch and development method with 4D model covering: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The result of design validation showed that the total score was 216, and the mean was 3.60 with a very valid category. Moreover, the result of Wilcoxon test showed that Tobserved (0) was smaller than Tcritical (8) (Tobserved < Tcritical). H0 was rejected, and Ha was accepted, meaning that there was a significant influence of using an online learning material on learners’ ability in writing memoirs. From ten learners, there was an improvement of memoir writing ability based on the results of pre-test and post-test, in which the mean of post-test (89.4) was larger than the mean of pre-test (83.4). It showed that the instructional material of writing memoirs assisted by an application of flipbuilder for the learners of TBM Mata Rumpaka was good and worthy.
