Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi masalah penggunaan bahasa yang merupakan alat interaksi sosial di masyarakat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan bentuk, adegan, makna, dan maksim kesopanan dalam kalimat ekspresif yang ada dalam novel Puputon karya Aam Amilia. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, dengan menggunakan tekhnik studi pustaka, tekhnik analisis unsur langsung. Hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam novel Puputon karya Aam Amilia terdapat 129 kalimat ekspresif. (1) kalimat ekspresif terdapat empat bentuk kalimat, yaitu 69 bentuk kalimat sederhana, 40 kalimat luas, 7 kalimah majemuk, dan 13 kalimat majemuk utama. (2) adanya dua pola adegan kalimat ekspresif, yakni kalimat ekspresif sempurna dengan dalapan subpola, dan kalimat ekspresif tidak sempurna dengan lima subpola. (3) makna kalimah ekspresif terdapat 11, yakni 12 kalimat ekspresif marah, 5 kalimah ekspresif menyelamati, 37 kalimah ekspresif seruan, 9 kalimah ekspresif kaget, 3 kalimah ekspresif pasrah, 23 kalimah ekspresif mawas diri, 5 kalimah ekspresif bahagia, 16 kalimah ekspresif sakit, 1 kalimah ekspresif mupuas, 3 kalimah ekspresif jijik, dan 15 kalimah ekspresif kesal. Serta ada enam maksim kesopanan yakni 21 maksim kebijaksanaan, 9 maksim kedermawanan, 5 maksim pujian, 10 maksim rendah hati, 18 maksim kemufakatan, dan 9 maksim simpati. Kata Kunci: kalimat éksprésif, bentuk, adegan, makna, maksim kesopanan. EKSPRESIF SENTENCE IN THE NOVEL PUPUTON BY AAM AMILIA (Study Syntactic and Pragmatic) 1 Dwi Sulistiya Rini 2 ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the problem of using language which is a tool of social interaction in society in everyday life. Therefore, this study aims to analyze and describe forms, scenes, meanings, and maxims of politeness in expressive sentences in Aam Amilia's Puputon novel. direct elemental analysis. The results of the study, it can be concluded that in the novel Puputon by Aam Amilia there are 129 expressive sentences. (1) There are four forms of expressive sentences, namely 69 simple sentences, 40 broad sentences, 7 compound sentences, and 13 main compound sentences. (2) there are two patterns of expressive sentence scenes, namely perfect expressive sentences with eight sub-patterns, and imperfect expressive sentences with five sub-patterns. (3) there are 11 meanings of expressive sentences, namely 12 angry expressive sentences, 5 expressive sentences of congratulation, 37 expressive sentences exclamation, 9 expressive sentences of surprise, 3 sentences of resigned expression, 23 expressive sentences of introspection, 5 sentences of happy expressive, 16 expressive of pain, 1 expressive of satisfaction, 3 expressive sentences of disgust, and 15 expressive sentences of annoyed. And there are six maxims of politeness, namely 21 maxims of wisdom, 9 maxims of generosity, 5 maxims of praise, 10 maxims of humility, 18 maxims of consensus, and 9 maxims of sympathy.
