Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya kasus stres pada peserta didik selama berlangsungnya PJJ karena pandemi COVID-19. Penyebab stresnya para peserta didik dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya kejenuhan dalam pembelajaran daring serta akibat dari tugas-tugas yang diberikan guru, yang menjadi tuntutan bagi peserta didik. Tuntutan-tuntutan tersebut diantaranya, tuntutan fisik, tuntutan tugas, tuntutan peran dan tuntutan interpersonal, stres tersebut dinamakan stres akademik. Permasalahan ini jika tidak segera diatasi maka akan menjadikan kesehatan mental peserta didik terganggu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui karakteristik stres peserta didik pada pembelajaran jarak jauh era pandemi COVID-19, mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan stres pada peserta didik tersebut, serta mengetahui proses pembelajaran jarak jauh era pandemi COVID-19, serta mengetahui dampaknya terhadap psikologis peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan studi kasus dengan pengambilan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek yang diteliti yaitu peserta didik, orangtua, dan guru, penelitian dilaksanakan di kelas lima sekolah dasar di Purwakarta. Hasil dari penelitian, seluruh peserta didik mengalami stres yang dinamakan stres akademik, sebagai akibat dari tuntutan fisik dari pelaksanaan PJJ, tuntutan tugas dari sekolah, tuntutan peran dari orangtua dan guru, serta tuntutan interpersonal dari lingkungan sekolah maupun lingkungan rumah, menjadikan peserta didik menjadi terbebani. Perhatian begitu penting sebagai deteksi dini gejala stres pada peserta didik. These demands include physical demands, task demands, role demands and interpersonal demands, the stress is called academic stress. If this problem is not addressed immediately, it will disrupt the mental health of students. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of students' stress in distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic era, to find out the factors that cause stress to these students, and to know the process of distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic era, and to determine the impact on psychology. learners. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and case studies with data collection in the form of observations, interviews and documentation studies. The subjects studied were students, parents, and teachers. The research was conducted in the fifth grade of elementary school in Purwakarta. The results of the study, all students experience stress called academic stress, as a result of the physical demands of the implementation of the PJJ, the demands of tasks from the school, the demands of the role of parents and teachers, as well as interpersonal demands from the school environment and home environment, making students become burdened.
