Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengembangan model pembelajaran PPKn yang mengintegrasikan Law-Related Education untuk meningkatkan kesadaran hukum. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain research and development, dengan subjeknya adalah peserta didik dan guru di SMA Negeri 4 Bandung dan SMA Negeri 27 Bandung. Instrumen penelitian meliputi pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara, FGD, angket, tes, dan skala sikap. Teknik analisis data kualitatif menggunakan reduksi dan penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan analisis kuantitatifnya melalui analisis deskripsi variabel, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji beda dua rata-rata, dan perhitungan N_Gain. Hasil penelitian, yaitu: (1) gambaran pendidikan hukum dalam pembelajaran PPKn masih kurang optimal, yang disebabkan faktor eksternal seperti situasi dan kondisi pandemi COVID-19, dan operasional pendekatan pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran; (2) konseptual model berlandaskan pada filsafat pendidikan Pancasila, teori belajar konstruktivistik dan teori behavioristik yang dikembangkan berdasarkan kultur pembelajaran PPKn, kultur peserta didik, dan kultur lingkungan sekolah yang diorganisir berdasarkan sistem sosial, prinsip reaksi, sistem pendukung, dampak instruksional dan dampak pengiring; (3) implementasi model melalui tahapan perencanaan; tahap aplikasi sesuai sintak model, yaitu: a) orientasi, b) stimulus, c) penentuan skema dan merancang partisipan, d) identifikasi dan analsis masalah, e) pengaturan skema, f) partisipan sebagai pengamat, g) pemeranan/pemodelan, h) diskusi dan evaluasi, dan i) sharing dan generalisasi pengalaman; dan tahap evaluasi yang menunjukkan bahwa model ini mendapatkan respon positif sebagai perlakuan pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kesadaran hukum; (4) model ini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan, pemahaman, sikap dan perilaku hukum. Implikasi hasil studi tersebut, bahwa model pembelajaran PPKn berbasis LRE memiliki efek positif terhadap peningkatan kesadaran hukum peserta didik. This study aims to describe the development of a Civic Education learning model that integrates Law-Related Education to increase legal awareness. This study uses a research and development design, with the subjects being students and teachers at SMA Negeri 4 Bandung and SMA Negeri 27 Bandung. The research instruments include observation guidelines, interview guidelines, FGDs, questionnaires, tests, and attitude scales. The qualitative data analysis technique uses data reduction and presentation, as well as drawing conclusions, while the quantitative analysis uses variable description analysis, normality test, homogeneity test, two-average difference test, and calculation of N_Gain. The results of the study, namely: (1) the description of legal education in Civics learning is still less than optimal, which is caused by external factors such as the situation and conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the operational approach to learning in the learning process; (2) conceptual model based on the Pancasila educational philosophy, constructivist learning theory and behavioristic theory developed based on Civic Education learning culture, student culture, and school environment culture organized based on social system, reaction principle, support system, instructional impact and accompaniment impact; (3) implementation of the model through the planning stage; the application stage according to the model syntax, namely: a) orientation, b) stimulus, c) schema determination and participant design, d) problem identification and analysis, e) schema arrangement, f) participant as observer, g) role/modelling, h) discussion and evaluation, and i) sharing and generalization of experiences; and the evaluation stage which shows that this model gets a positive response as a learning treatment in increasing legal awareness; (4) this model has a significant effect on increasing knowledge, understanding, attitudes and legal behavior. The implication of the study results is that the Civic Education learning model based LRE has a positive effect on increasing students' legal awareness.
