Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya niat kewirausahaan pada mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan kepercayaan diri dalam kewirausahaan (entrepreneurial self-efficacy), pengenalan peluang (opportunity recognetion), dan niat kewirausahaan hijau (green entrepreneurial intention) yang dimoderasi oleh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan gender. Metode penelitian ini adalah survey explanatory, di mana kuesioner sebagai alat instrumen dan menggunakan skala likert 1-5 dengan teknik pengumpulan data penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 195 mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Siliwangi Tasikmalaya. Teknik Analisis data menggunakan SEM dan bootstrapping effect untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) self-efficacy dan opportunity recognition secara signifikan dan positif mempengaruhi green entrepreneurial intention, (2) pendidikan kewirausahaan secara signifikan dan positif memoderasi hubungan “self-efficacy - green entrepreneurial intention” dan “opportunity recognition - green entrepreneurial intention”, (3) gender secara negatif memoderasi hubungan “self-efficacy - green entrepreneurial intention” dan opportunity recognition - green entrepreneurial intention”. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan dukungan untuk merumuskan inisitatif pendidikan kewirausahaan yang dapat mendukung mahasiswa dalam proyek kewirausahaan baik di masa sekarang atau yang akan datang. Increasing the entrepreneurial intentions of university students a being crucial issue. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact and analysis of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and opportunity recognition on green entrepreneurial intention moderated by entrepreneurship education and gender. This research method is an explanatory survey. The questionnaire is used as an instrument and uses a scale of Likert 1-5. The technique of collecting data on the spread of questionnaires as many as 195 students of Economics Education, Siliwangi University, Tasikmalaya. Analysis techniques use SEM and bootstrapping effects for hypothesis testing. The results showed three important findings. First, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and opportunity recognition both have a significant positive impact on green entrepreneurial intention. Second, entrepreneurship education significantly and positively moderates the relationship between “entrepreneurial self-efficacy – green entrepreneurial intention” and “opportunity recognition – green entrepreneurial intention”. Third, gender negatively moderates the relationship between “entrepreneurial self-efficacy – green entrepreneurial intention” and “opportunity recognition – green entrepreneurial intention”. The implication of the research is to provide support in formulating an entrepreneurial education initiative that can support students in entrepreneurial projects either in the present or in the future.
