Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persiapan, respon dan kendala siswa saat penerapan model pembelajaran POE2WE (Prediction, Observation, Explanation, Elaboration, Write, and Evaluation) berbasis blended learning menggunakan Google Classroom pada mata pelajaran Simulasi dan Komunikasi Digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pemilihan subjek menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang terdiri dari 11 orang siswa. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan analisis data model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil temuan penelitian ini adalah (1) persiapan yang dilakukan siswa meliputi aspek kondisi fisik, aspek sarana pembelajaran dan aspek protokol kesehatan. Ketiga aspek itu dapat dilakukan dengan baik oleh siswa. (2) Respon siswa saat penerapan model pembelajaran POE2WE secara blended mayoritas baik, siswa lebih mudah memahami materi, berani berpendapat, dan antusias dalam pembelajaran, pada penggunaan Google Classroom, mayoritas siswa mengunduh materi dan sebagian siswa mempelajari materi, serta mayoritas siswa dapat mengerjakan tugas dengan baik. Adapun sebagian kecil siswa memberikan respon kurang baik yang diakibatkan oleh kendala yang dialami siswa tersebut. (3) Kendala yang dialami siswa berasal dari faktor internal yaitu motivasi dan keseriusan, serta faktor eksternal seperti lag pada Google Classroom, kuota internet tidak memadai serta anggota yang tidak lengkap. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh yaitu seluruh siswa melakukan persiapan fisik, sarana dan protokol kesehatan untuk pembelajaran secara blended, mayoritas siswa memberikan respon yang baik dalam penerapan model POE2WE berbasis blended learning, kendala siswa terjadi akibat factor internal yaitu motivasi dan keseriusan belajar dan eksternal yaitu ketersediaan kuota internet dan kehadiran anggota kelompok. This study aims to determine the preparation, response, and obstacles of students when implementing the blended learning-based POE2WE (Prediction, Observation, Explanation, Elaboration, Write, and Evaluation) learning model using Google Classroom in Simulation and Digital Communication subjects. This study used a subject selection approach using a purposive sampling technique consisting of 11 students. Data were collected by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques using Miles and Huberman data model analysis. The findings of this study are (1) the preparations made by students include aspects of physical condition, learning facilities, and health protocols. These three aspects can be done well by students. (2) Student responses when applying the POE2WE learning model using Google Classroom, can be categorized who better understand the material, dare to have opinions and are enthusiastic in learning, the appreciate the material, some students learn the material, and the majority of students can do assignments well. A small part of students responded less well because of the obstacles experienced by these students. (3) Obstacles experienced by students come from internal factors, namely the lack of motivation and seriousness, as well as external factors such as lag in Google Classroom, performance insufficient internet quota, and incomplete membership. The conclusion obtained from this study, all students doing physical preparation, preparing facilities, and health protocols for blended learning. Most students gave a good response in the application of the POE2WE model based on blended learning, problems that occur due to internal factors are motivation and seriousness, external factors are availability of internet quota and the presence of membership.
