Abstract
Pemberian umpan balik merupakan hal penting yang wajib diberikan kepada siswa. Umpan balik digunakan untuk menggali informasi sejauh mana siswa memahami materi yang telah diajarkan oleh guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan hasil penerapan umpan balik guru pada mind map siswa dalam rangka meningkatkan penguasaan konsep pada materi ekologi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pre-experimental dengan desain one group pretest- posttest. Sampel yang digunakan adalah satu kelas X di SMA Negeri 3 Cimahi yang berjumlah 33 siswa yang diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penguasaan konsep siswa diukur menggunakan instrumen berupa tes tertulis yang terdiri dari 20 soal pilihan ganda dan 5 soal uraian. Tes tertulis tersebut dilakukan sebelum (pre-test) dan sesudah (post-test) diberikan perlakuan berupa umpan balik dalam bentuk pernyataan, rekomendasi, koreksi, dan umpan balik positif. Data pre-test dan post-test kemudian diolah menggunakan uji normalitas, uji paired sample t-test, uji N- Gain, dan uji korelasi pearson product moment. Dari hasil pengujian N-Gain pada kedua nilai, diperoleh nilai N-Gain siswa yang termasuk kategori tinggi sebesar 0%, nilai N-Gain siswa yang termasuk kategori sedang sebesar 12%, dan nilai N-Gain siswa yang termasuk kategori rendah sebesar 88%. Selain itu, dari hasil uji korelasi pearson product moment diperoleh nilai sig. (2- tailed) sebesar 0.078. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat keterkaitan atau hubungan antara nilai penguasaan konsep dengan nilai mind map siswa.

ABSTRACT
APPLICATION OF TEACHER FEEDBACK ON STUDENTS MIND MAP TO IMPROVE CONCEPT MASTERY IN ECOLOGICAL MATERIALS
Giving feedback is an important thing that must be given to students. Feedback is used to explore the extent to which students understand the material that has been taught by the teacher. This study is a quantitative study that aims to reveal the results of applying teacher feedback to students' mind maps in order to improve mastery of concepts in ecological material. The method used in this research is pre-experimental with one group pretest- posttest design. The sample used is one class X in SMA Negeri 3 Cimahi, totaling 33 students obtained by purposive sampling technique. Mastery of students' concepts is measured using an instrument in the form of a written test consisting of 20 multiple choice questions and 5 essay questions. The written test was carried out before (pre-test) and after (post-test) treatment was given in the form of feedback in the form of statements, recommendations, corrections, and positive feedback. The pre-test and post-test data were then processed using normality test, paired sample t-test, N-Gain test, and Pearson product moment correlation test. From the results of the N-Gain test on both values, the N-Gain value of students who are in the high category is 0%, the N-Gain value of students who are in the medium category is 12%, and the N- Gain value of students who are in the low category is 88%. . In addition, from the results of the Pearson product moment correlation test, the sig. (2-tailed) of 0.078. This shows that there is no relationship or relationship between the value of mastery of the concept with the value of the student's mind map.
