Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Kinerja Pegawai Pusat Pengembangan dan Pembedayaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Taman Kanak-Kanak dan Pendidikan Luar Biasa Sebelum dan Saat Diterapkan Work From Home”. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan dan perbedaan kinerja pegawai PPPPTK TK dan PLB pada sebelum dan saat diterapkan work from home. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif komparatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup berupa angket online melalui google form dan angket yang disebar secara langsung kepada 56 pegawai PPPPTK TK dan PLB. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis, hasil paired sample statistic menunjukkan rata-rata kinerja pegawai sebelum diterapkan WFH sebesar 99,04, sementara saat diterap WFH sebesar 96,20 yang berarti mengalami penurunan. Sementara hasil paired samples correlation sebesar 0,887 dengan sig sebesar 0,000 yang menunjukkan korelasi antara dua variabel adalah kuat dan signifikan. Hasil paired sample t-test sebesar 3,517 dengan sig 0,001 < 0,05 yang dapat disimpulkan Ha diterima artinya kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja pegawai PPPPTK TK dan PLB sebelum dan saat diterapkan WFH. This research is entitles “Employee Performance In Bandung Development And Empowerment Teachers And Educators Centre For Kindergarten And Special Education Before And After Work From Home Being Implemented”. In general, this study aims to determine the comparison and differences the performance of PPPPTK TK and PLB employees before and after work from home being implemented. This research uses a quantitative approach with comparative descriptive research methods. The Technique of collecting data used closed questionnaires with online questionnaires via google form and offline questionnaires which were distributed directly to 56 PPPPTK TK dan PLB employees. The results of the paired sample statistics show that the average employee performance before WFH was implemented is 99.04, while after WFH being implemented is 96.20, which means it experienced a decline. While the results of the paired samples correlation was 0.887 with a sig of 0.000 which indicates the correlation between the two variables is strong and significant. The results of the paired sample t-test is 3.517 with a sig of 0.001 <0.05 which can be concluded that Ha is accepted, meaning that the conclusion of this study is that there is a significant difference between the performance of PPPPTK TK and PLB employees before and after WFH being implemented.
