Abstract

Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai “Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai di Bappeda Kota Bogor”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 46 orang pegawai di Bappeda Kota Bogor. Analisis perhitungan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2010 dan SPSS 16 for Windows. Hasil perhitungan Weight Means Score (WMS) menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berada dalam kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 3,99. Sedangkan untuk Kepuasan Kerja memiliki skor rata-rata sebesar 4,09 yang berada dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil analisis koefisien korelasi menyatakan bahwa hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dengan kepuasan kerja pegawai di Bappeda Kota Bogor memiliki hubungan yang sedang dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,454. Besarnya pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja di Bappeda Kota Bogor berdasarkan hasil perhitungan determinasi sebesar 20,6%. Hasil perhitungan signifikansi menghasilkan t_hitung sebesar 3,380 dan t_tabel dengan (dk = n – 2) sebesar 1,680 dimana koefisien korelasi dianggap signifikan apabila t_hitung ≥ t_tabel yaitu (3,380 ≥ 1,680) maka Ho ditolak artinya signifikan. Persamaan regresi diperoleh Ŷ= 27,108 + 0,457X yang artinya nilai regresi 0,457 menyatakan bahwa setiap penambahan satu poin variabel X (Lingkungan Kerja) maka nilai pada variabel Y (Kepuasan Kerja) bertambah sebesar 0,457. The general objective of this study is to obtain an overview of "The Influence of the Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction in the Bappeda of Bogor City". The research method used is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 46 employees at Bappeda Bogor City. Calculation analysis in this study using Microsoft Excel 2010 and SPSS 16 for Windows. The results of the calculation of the Weight Means Score (WMS) indicate that the Work Environment is in a good category with an average score of 3.99. Meanwhile, job satisfaction has an average score of 4.09 which is in the very good category. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis state that the relationship between the work environment and employee job satisfaction at Bappeda Bogor City has a moderate relationship with a correlation value of 0.454. The magnitude of the influence of the work environment on job satisfaction in Bappeda Bogor City based on the calculation of determination is 20.6%. The results of the calculation of significance produce t_count of 3.380 and t_table with (dk = n – 2) of 1.680 where the correlation coefficient is considered significant if t_count t_table is (3.380 1.680) then Ho is rejected, meaning significant. The regression equation is obtained = 27.108 + 0.457X, which means the regression value is 0.457 which states that for each addition of one point in the X variable (Work Environment), the value in the Y variable (Job Satisfaction) increases by 0.457.
