Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan strategi asesmen berbasis portofolio elektronik yang valid dan reliabel sebagai assessment for learning yang dapat dijadikan feedback bagi peserta didik untuk meningkatkan kreativitas pada materi konsep mol. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4-D. Sumber data penelitian ini diperoleh dari tiga dosen pendidikan kimia, dua pendidik kimia, dan sepuluh siswa kelas X di salah satu SMA Kabupaten Bandung. Instrumen asesmen portofolio yang dikembangkan berupa task dan rubrik penilaian yang disusun berdasarkan indikator kreativitas abad ke-21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen asesmen portofolio yang dikembangkan memiliki kualitas yang baik dengan nilai CVR 0,60 – 1,00 memenuhi syarat valid dan nilai Alpha Cronbach 0,667 – 1,000 memenuhi syarat reliabel. Hasil uji coba terbatas terhadap strategi asesmen berbasis portofolio elektronik yang dikembangkan dapat meningkatkan kreativitas peserta didik pada materi konsep mol berdasarkan perolehan rata-rata nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,57 yang dikategorikan sedang. Hasil angket respon peserta didik secara keseluruhan memberikan tanggapan yang baik mengenai penggunaan strategi asesmen berbasis portofolio elektronik sehingga dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas peserta didik pada materi konsep mol. The aims of the study is to develop a valid and reliable electronic portfolio based assessment strategy as an assessment for learning that can be used as a feedback for the students to increase their creativity on the mole concept material. The research design used is the Research and Development (R&D) with a 4-D development model. The data sources for this study were obtained from three chemistry education lecturers, two chemistry teachers, and ten of the tenth grades high school students in Bandung Regency. The portfolio assessment instrument developed in the form of a task and an assessment rubric based on 21st century creativity indicators. The results showed that the portfolio assessment instrument developed had good quality with a CVR value of 0.60 – 1.00 which fulfilled the valid requirements and Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.667 – 1,000 fulfilled the reliable requirements. The results of the limited trial of the developed electronic portfolio based assessment strategy can increase the creativity of students on the mole concept subject based on the acquisition of an average N-Gain value of 0.57 which is categorized as moderate. The results of the student response questionnaire as a whole provide a good response towards to the use of an electronic portfolio based assessment strategy so it can be used to increase students' creativity in the mole concept subjects.
