Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kompetensi Pengelolaan Pembelajaran Widyaiswara Terhadap Mutu Layanan Pembelajaran di Pusdiklat Geologi”. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi pengelolaan pembelajaran widyaiswara terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran di lembaga diklat. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran yang jelas mengenai pengaruh kompetensi pengelolaan pembelajaran widyaiswara terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran di Pusdiklat Geologi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket tertutup, yang menjadi populasi adalah peserta diklat yang berjumlah 40 orang dan berasal dari 3 diklat yaitu diklat Mengoperasikan GPS Geodetik Untuk Penentuan Batas Wilayah sebanyak 20 responden, Diklat Penyusunan Database Air tanah sebanyak 10 responden dan Diklat Teknik Penulisan Karya Tulis Ilmiah sebanyak 10 responden, dan seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian, angket disebar pada 40 peserta diklat sebagai sampel penelitian, tetapi angket yang terkumpul dan dapat diolah hanya sebanyak 37. Penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Excel 2007 dan SPSS 17.0 for Windows. Hasil perhitungan kecenderungan umum dengan menggunakan Weighted Mean Scored (WMS), menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi Pengelolaan Pembelajaan Widyaiswara di Pusdiklat Geologi termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan total skor rata-rata 3,49 dan Mutu Layanan Pembelajaran di Pusdiklat Geologi termasuk ke dalam kategori baik dengan total skor rata-rata sebesar 3,53. Hasil uji normalitas terhadap distribusi data menunjukkan bahwa variabel X berditribusi normal sedangkan variabel Y berdistribusi tidak normal, selanjutnya analisis data menggunakan statistik non parametrik. Analisis korelasi menggunakan teknik Spearman Rho, diperoleh koefisien korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y sebesar 0,705 ini menunjukkan bahwa korelasi kedua variabel berada pada tingkat hubungan yang kuat, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 49,70% oleh variabel X (Kompetensi Pengelolaan Pembelajaran Widyaiswara) sedangkan sisanya 50.30% dipengaruhi oleh variabel/ faktor lain. Sedangkan hasil uji signifikasi diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,705 > 0,1 yang menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel X (Kompetensi Pengelolaan Pembelajaran Widyaiswara) dengan variabel Y (Mutu Layanan pembelajaran) di Pusdikllat Geologi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetens pengelolaan pembelajaran widyaiswara terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran di Pusdiklat Geologi. Adapun saran dari peneliti terkait mutu layanan pembelajaran adalah lembaga maupun widyaiswara harus terus meningkatkan kemampuan ataupun kompetensi widyaiswara dan lembaga harus meningkatkan kualitas layanan khususnya layanan pembelajaran. This study ,entitled "Effects of Learning Management Competence Against Senior Lecturer at the Training Center of Quality of Service Learning Geology" . The problem studied in this research is how much influence the management competence of lecturers teaching on service quality of learning in education and training institution . Generally, this study aims to determine a clear picture of the influence of lecturers teaching management competencies on service quality of learning in Geology Training Center . The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach . Data collection technique using a closed questionnaire, which became the participants of the training population is about 40 people and is derived from the 3 training is training to Operate GPS Geodetic Boundary Determination by 20 respondents , Training Preparation Groundwater Database by 10 respondents and Training Engineering Essay Writing scientific by 10 respondents , and the entire population sampled study ,a questionnaire was distributed to 40 training participants as the research sample , but the questionnaire can be collected and processed only by 37 . This study uses a Microsoft Excel 2007 and SPSS 17.0 for Windows. The results of the calculation of the general trend of using Weighted Mean Scored ( WMS ), suggesting that Competency Management Training Center pembelajaan Lecturer in Geology included in both categories with a total average score of 3.49, and Quality of Service Learning in Geology Training Center is included in both categories with a total score of average of 3.53. The results of normality test on the distribution of the data showed that while normal berditribusi variable X Y variables are not normally distributed , further analysis of the data using non- parametric statistics . Correlation analysis using Spearman's Rho technique, the correlation coefficient between variables X and Y of 0.705 indicates that the correlation between the two variables is at the level of a strong relationship, with a coefficient of determination of 49.70 % by the variable X ( Learning Management Competency lecturer ) while the rest 50.30 % are influenced by variable/factors . While the significance of test results obtained yield was 0.705 > 0.1 which indicates that the influence of a positive and significant correlation between variables X ( Learning Management Competency lecturer ) with a variable Y ( Quality of learning ) in Geology Pusdiklat. The conclusion of this study is the influence of a positive and significant correlation between the learning of competence management on service quality learning lecturers in Geology Training Center . The suggestion of related research is the quality of the service learning institutions and lecturers must continue to improve the ability or competence of lecturers and institutions must improve the quality of services , especially service-learning
