Abstract
Hipertensi merupakan penyakit kronis serius yang bisa merusak organ tubuh bahkan menyebabkan kematian. Setiap tahunnya kasus hipertensi mengalami peningkatan. Meningkatnya kasus hipertensi menjadi masalah yang cukup besar. Hal ini disebabkan oleh penderita hipertensi yang mempunyai perilaku yang buruk dalam menjalani diet hipertensi, hal tersebut disebabkan oleh faktor pengetahuan penderita hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan warga tentang hipertensi di RW 02 Sukarasa Kecamatan Sukasari. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 148 orang warga RW 02 Sukarasa. Analisa Univariat menggunakan prosentase pada variabel pengetahuan dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan setengahnya (50%) memiliki pengetahuan kurang diantaranya, lebih dari setengahnya (59,6%) berjenis kelamin perempuan, dan sebagian besar (89%) tidak bekerja atau Ibu Rumah Tangga, (96,8%) berusia > 60 tahun. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa warga RW 02 Sukarasa Kecamatan Sukasari memiliki pengetahuan kurang. Saran bagi praktek keperawatan untuk menjalankan perannya sebagai educator, bagi petugas kesehatan Puskesmas Sukarasa untuk melengkapi pendidikan kesehatan dengan leaflet dan booklet, dan untuk peneliti selanjutnya agar menjadikan masukan untuk penelitian selanjutnya tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi hipertensi. Every year, cases of hypertension has increased. The increasing cases of hypertension to be a pretty big problem. This is caused by hypertensive patients who have a bad attitude in the diet hypertension, it is caused by factors hypertension knowledge. This study aims to describe the knowledge of hypertension in residents of RW 02 Sukarasa Kecamatan Sukasari. Types of research using quantitative descriptive research. Total samples 148 residents of RW 02 Sukarasa. Univariate analysis using the percentage of the knowledge variables with SPSS 16.0. The results showed half (50%) have less knowledge of them, more than half (59.6%) were female, and most (89%) are not working or housewife, (96.8%) aged > 60 years . From the results of this study concluded that residents of RW 02 Sub Sukarasa Sukasari have less knowledge. Suggestions for nursing practice to perform its role as an educator, Sukarasa health center for health workers to complement the health education leaflets and booklets, and for further research in order to make the input for further research on the factors that influence hypertension.
