    Abstract

    Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan nilai penjas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu GPAQ (Global Physical Activity Questionnaire) untuk mengukur tingkat aktivitas fisik. Hasil penelitian dianalisis data menggunakan Spearman Correlation pada SPSS menyatakan data aktivitas fisik dengan nilai penjas, maka hasil penelitian ini terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara aktivitas fisik terhadap nilai penjas.
    This study aimed to discover the relationship between physical activity and physical education value. The method used was the descriptive correlation with the quantitative approach. GPAQ (Global Physical Activity Questionnaire) was the instrument applied to measure the physical activity level. The study analyzed using the Spearman Correlation on SPSS showed the data of physical activity and physical education value. Thus, the findings indicated that there is a significant relationship between physical activity and physical education value.
