Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis adanya peningkatan partisipasi siswa melalui penerapan model Teaching Games for Understanding dengan modifikasi alat pembelajaran pada pembelajaran penjas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ex post facto dengan menggunakan penyebaran angket. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa SMAN 3 Kuningan. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 76 orang siswa kelas X SMAN 3 Kuningan. Dalam pengambilan sampel peneliti menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini regresi linier sederhana untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari model TGFU dengan modifikasi alat pembelajaran terhadap peningkatan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran penjas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pengolahan data, pada pengaruh model TGFU dengan modifikasi alat pembelajaran terhadap peningkatan partisipasi siswa diperoleh nilai sig = 0.113 < 0.05 yang artinya Ho diterima atau terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara model TGFU dengan modifikasi alat pembelajaran terhadap peningkatan partisipasi siswa. Hasil R square ditemukan bahwa pengaruh model TGFU dengan modifikasi alat pembelajaran terhadap peningkatan partisipasi siswa dapat dijelaskan sebesar 67,6%. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze an increase in student participation through the application of the Teaching Games for Understanding model with a modification of learning tools in Physical Education learning. The method used in this research is ex post facto by using questionnaires. The population in this study were students of SMAN 3 Kuningan. The sample in this study were 76 students of class X SMAN 3 Kuningan. In taking the sample the researcher used simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was simple linear regression to determine the effect of the TGFU model with the modification of learning tools on increasing student participation in Physical Education learning. Based on the results of data analysis and processing, on the effect of the TGFU model with the modification of learning tools on increasing student participation, the value of sig = 0.113 <0.05 was obtained, which means that Ho is accepted or there is a significant effect between the TGFU model and the modification of learning tools on increasing student participation. The results of the R square found that the effect of the TGFU model with the modification of learning tools on the increase in student participation can be explained by 67.6%.
