Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan dan Pengalaman Praktik Kerja Industri Terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian explanatory survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran tes pengetahuan kewirausahaan, kuesioner pengalaman praktik kerja industri dan kuesioner intensi berwirausaha. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri di Kota Tasikmalaya yang berjumlah 1.933 siswa. Berdasarkan perhitungan Slovin dengan error 5% diperoleh sampel sebanyak 330 siswa dengan teknik pengampilan sampel proportional random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) Gambaran umum variabel pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan pengalaman praktik kerja industri berada pada kategori tinggi namun variabel intensi berwirausaha berada pada kategori sedang. 2) Pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha siswa dan 3) Pengalaman praktik kerja industri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan intensi berwirausaha siswa; The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and experience of industrial work practices on entrepreneurial intentions. This study used an explanatory survey research method with a quantitative approach. The data was collected by distributing entrepreneurial knowledge tests, industrial work experience questionnaires and entrepreneurial intention questionnaires. The population in this study were all students of class XII of the State Vocational School (SVC) in Tasikmalaya City, amounting to 1,933 students. Based on Slovin calculations with an error of 5%, a sample of 330 students was obtained with a proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) The general description of entrepreneurial knowledge variables and industrial work practice experience is in the high category but the entrepreneurial intention variable is in the medium category. 2) Knowledge of entrepreneurship has a positive and significant effect on students 'entrepreneurial intentions and 3) Experience of industrial work practices has a positive and significant effect on the ability of students' entrepreneurial intentions.
