Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh motivasi belajar anak dengan hambatan kecerdasan yang menurun selama masa pandemi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara objektif mengenai bagaimana peran guru dalam memotivasi belajar anak dengan hambatan kecerdasan secara luring selama masa pandemi di SLB ABC Nitakarya. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru SDLB dan guru SMPLB yang memberikan pembelajaran luring dan motivasi kepada siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk menguji keabsahan data digunakan uji kredibilitas dengan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran guru sebagai motivator sangat berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan semangat belajar anak selama masa pandemi. Proses pembelajaran luring dilakukan dengan mengikuti protokol kesehatan 3M (memakai masker, mencuci tangan, dan menjaga jarak). Media pembelajaran, strategi pembelajaran dan metode pembelajaran yang digunakan guru disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan minat anak selama masa pandemi. Adapun upaya guru dalam motivasi kepada anak untuk belajar secara luring yaitu dengan memberikan nilai/angka, memberikan pujian, dan memberikan reward/punishment yang sesuai. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak secara luring dimasa pandemi. Kata Kunci : Peran Guru, Motivasi, Anak dengan Hambatan Kecerdasan, Pembelajaran Luring Selama Masa Pandemi ABSTRACT THE ROLE OF THE TEACHER IN MOTIVATING LEARNING ADHK IN OFFLINE DURING PANDEMIC COVID-19 AT SLB ABC NITAKARYA By: Ayu Intan Dinarti (1603605) Essay. This research was motivated by the learning motivation of children with decreased intelligence during the pandemic. Therefore, this study aims to determine objectively how the teacher's role in motivating offline learning of children with intellectual disabilities during the pandemic period at SLB ABC Nitakarya. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Research subjects include SDLB teachers and SMPLB teachers who provide offline learning and motivation to students. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To test the validity of the data, the credibility test was used with data triangulation. The results showed that the role of the teacher as a motivator was very influential in increasing children's enthusiasm for learning during the pandemic. The offline learning process is carried out by following the 3M health protocol (wearing masks, washing hands, and maintaining distance). The learning media, learning strategies and learning methods used by teachers are tailored to the needs and interests of children during the pandemic. As for the teacher's efforts in motivating children to learn offline, namely by providing grades / numbers, giving praise, and giving appropriate rewards / punishments.
