Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan karena terdapat permasalahan kinerja pegawai pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Se-Bakorwil Purwakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan mediasi komitmen organisasi dan disiplin kerja pegawai Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Se-Badan Koordinasi Wilayah Purwakarta. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Se-Badan Koordinasi Wilayah Purwakarta sebanyak 1200 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik sampel slovin menjadi sebanyak 300 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebarkan angket tertutup dengan lima kategori jawaban skala Likert. Teknik analisis menggunakan Model SEM PLS, Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah : terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan mediasi komitmen organisasi, terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan mediasi disiplin kerja, terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan mediasi komitmen organisasi dan disiplin kerja pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum se-Badan Koordinasi Wilayah Purwakarta.; This research was conducted because there are problems with the performance of employees at the Regional Drinking Water Company in Bakorwil Purwakarta. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance by mediating organizational commitment and work discipline of employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company of the Purwakarta Regional Coordination Agency. The population of this study were 1200 employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company of the Purwakarta Regional Coordination Agency, using the Slovin sample technique to as many as 300 people. The technique of collecting data was by distributing closed questionnaires with five categories of Likert scale answers. The analysis technique uses the PLS SEM Model, the conclusion of this study is: there is a significant positive effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, there is a significant positive effect of job satisfaction on employee performance by mediating organizational commitment, there is a significant positive effect of job satisfaction on employee performance by mediating work discipline, There is a significant positive effect of job satisfaction on employee performance by mediating organizational commitment and work discipline at Regional Drinking Water Companies throughout the Purwakarta Regional Coordinating Board.
