Abstract
Revolusi industri 4.0 adalah era dimana hadirnya teknologi-teknologi baru yang meleburkan dunia fisik, digital, dan biologis, yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk robot, perangkat komputer yang mobile, kecerdasan buatan, kendaraan tanpa pengemudi, pengeditan genetik, digitalisasi pada layanan publik, dsb. Revolusi industri 4.0 memberikan pengaruh yang besar pada dunia pendidikan. Selain memberi dampak positif pada beberapa hal, revolusi industri juga memberikan dampak efek negatif. Penelitian ini muncul karena masih banyak guru yang belum memanfaatkan teknologi dalam pembelajarannya sementara dunia teknologi semakin maju, sudah seharusnya peserta didik dibiasakan dengan kehadiran teknologi sehingga kedepannya mereka akan terbiasa dan diharapkan akan menjadi warga digital yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, karena itu data penelitian dihimpun melalui wawancara, observasi. Dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Lokasi penelitian di SMPN 2 Bandung. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari Wakasek Kurikukulum, guru PPKn, peserta didik kelas 7-9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) guru PPKn mengembangkan standar kompetensi pada proses pembelajaran dalam revolusi industri 4.0 dengan memanfaatkan informasi, komunikasi dan teknologi sehingga tercapainya standar kompetensi yang diinginkan. 2) guru PPKn memiliki kompetensi yang baik untuk mengarahkan peserta didik menuju kewargaan digital dalam menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0. 3) peserta didik memiliki kompetensi dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0 dan menuju kewargaan digital. 4) revolusi industri memberikan manfaat pada peserta didik dalam meningkatkan hard skill dan soft skill agar dapat bermanfaat diwaktu dewasa. Kata Kunci: Revolusi industri 4.0, Guru PPKn, Peserta Didik Abstract FARIS MU'TAZ FAWWAZI (1802790) COMPETENCE OF TEACHERS AND LEARNERS IN CIVIC EDUCATION LEARNING TO FACE THE ERA OF INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION 4. 0 (Case Study at SMPN 2 Bandung) Industrial Revolution 4.0 is an era in which the presence of new technologies that fuse the physical, digital, and biological worlds, manifested in the form of robots, mobile computer devices, artificial intelligence, driverless vehicles, genetic editing digitization of public services, etc. The industrial revolution 4.0 had a great influence on education. In addition to having a positive impact on several things, the industrial revolution also had a negative effect. This research arises because there are still many teachers who have not utilized technology in their learning while the world of technology is getting more advanced, it should be learners are accustomed to the presence of technology so that in the future they will get used to it and hopefully will become good digital citizens. This research uses qualitative approach with case study method, therefore research data collected through interviews, observations. Documentation, and literature studies. Research location at SMPN 2 Bandung. The research subjects consisted of Wakasek Kurikukulum, PPKn teachers, students in grades 7-9. The results showed: 1) PPKn teachers developed competency standards in the learning process in the industrial revolution 4.0 by utilizing information, communication and technology so as to achieve the desired competency standards. 2) PPKn teachers have good competence to direct students towards digital citizenship in the face of industrial revolution 4.0. 3) Learners have competence in utilizing technology to face the industrial revolution 4.0 and towards digital citizenship. 4) Industrial revolution provides benefits to learners in improving hard skills and soft skills in order to be useful in adulthood.
