Abstract
Kompetensi yang harus dimiliki bagi calon pegawai negeri sipil adalah mampu memberikan perubahan bagi lembaga yang menaunginya. Salah satu upaya guna memperoleh kompetensi tersebut, melalui Pelatihan Dasar Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (Latsar CPNS) yang diselenggarakan oleh Puslatbang PKASN LAN Jatinangor. Peserta Latsar CPNS berasal dari instansi dengan tugas yang berbeda serta memiliki pengalaman yang berbeda, oleh karena itu proses pembelajaran dilakukan dengan experiential learning. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai tahapan implementasi experiential learning, faktor keberhasilan experiential learning, dan hasil implementasi experiential learning. Landasan teori dalam penelitian ini menggunakan konsep experiential learning yang dikembangkan oleh David Kolb, konsep pendidikan dan pelatihan dan konsep hasil belajar. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah lima orang yakni satu orang penyelenggara, dua orang widyaiswara dan dua orang peserta. Berdasarkan hasil temuan menunjukan bahwa; 1) implementasi experiential learning dibagi dalam empat tahapan yakni tahap pengalaman konkret yang diindikasikan dengan keterlibatan peserta dalam proses pembelajaran, tahap observasi refleksi yang diindikasikan dengan menarik pengalaman peserta latsar dalam pembelajaran, tahap konseptualisasi abstrak yang diindikasikan dengan merancang kegiatan aktualisasi dan tahap pengalaman aktif yang diindikasikan dengan pelaksanaan aktualisasi. 2) Faktor keberhasilan dalam implementasi experiential learning ini dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan peserta Latsar CPNS, metode pembelajaran yang sesuai, media pembelajaran yang mendukung dan kemampuan widyaiswara dalam memberikan materi. 3) Hasil pembelajaran peserta memiliki kemampuan kognitif dengan memiliki pengetahuan mengenai materi diklat, kemampuan afektif yang ditunjukan dengan peserta menerapkan sikap yang didapatkan ketika pelaksanaan latsar, seperti tanggung jawab, jujur, kedisiplinan, melayani dengan sikap hormat dan berintergritas tinggi, dan kemampuan psikomotor yang ditunjukan dengan keterampilan peserta dalam bekerja sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya PNS. ABSTRACT IMPLEMENTATION OF EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING IN BASIC TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR CIVIL STATE EMPLOYEES CANDIDATE (STUDY ON THE CENTER FOR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT AND COMPETENCY MAPPING OF JATINANGOR STATE CIVIL APPLICATES) Andri Herdiansah NIM. 1604100 A competency that must be possessed by a prospective civil servant is to be able to make changes to the institution that oversees him. One of the efforts to obtain these competencies are through the Basic Training for Candidates for Civil Servants, which was later abbreviated as Latsar CPNS, which was held by the PKASN LAN Jatinangor Training Center. CPNS Latsar participants are come from agencies with different assignments and have different experiences, because the learning process is carried out by learning based on experience. The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of the stages of implementing experiential learning, the factors that believe in experiential learning, and the results of implementing experiential learning. The theoretical basis in this study uses the concept of experiential learning developed by David Kolb, the concept of education and the concept of learning outcomes. The method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation study. The subjects of the organizers are five people, namely one Asian, two widyaiswara people and two participants. Based on the results show the findings that; 1) the implementation of experiential learning is divided into four stages, the concrete experience stage indicated by the interaction of participants in the learning process, the observation and reflection stage indicated by the training participants' experiences in learning, the abstract conceptualization stage indicated by actualization activities and the active experience stage indicated by actualization implementation. 2) The implementation factor in the implementation of this experiential learning by CPNS Latsar participants, appropriate learning methods, supporting learning media and the ability of lecturers to provide material. 3) The learning outcomes of participants have cognitive abilities with knowledge of training materials, affective abilities which are shown by the participants applying the attitudes that are carried out during the training, such as responsibility, honesty, discipline, serving with respect and high integrity, and psychomotor abilities shown by skills participants in working in accordance with the duties and duties of civil servants.
