Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari kurang optimalnya implemenasi pendidikan inklusif di SD Negeri 141 Lokajaya. Belum adanya identifikasi dan asesmen di sekolah sehingga pembelajaran yang diberikan berbentuk umum untuk semua anak. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengembangkan rumusan program pendampingan untuk meningkatkan nilai inklusifitas di SD Negeri 141 Lokajaya dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian mix method. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini adalah skor rata-rata indeks inklusifitas mencapai 83,98% yang berarti baik karena berada dalam rentang 81%-100%, namun masih terdapat beberapa poin yang berada di bawah skor rata-rata sehingga perlu diteliti lebih dalam. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian, terdapat kebutuhan sekolah yaitu perlunya program pendampingan yang berisi pemahaman mengenai identifikasi dan asesmen anak berkebutuhan khusus serta akomodasi pembelajaran untuk mengakomodir keberagaman kebutuhan peserta didik. Program pendampingan ini dilaksanakan selama 1 bulan dengan pola 4in-3on. Diharapkan dengan adanya program pendampingan ini dapat meningkatkan nilai inklusifitas SD Negeri 141 Lokajaya. Kata Kunci: Inklusif, Indeks Inklusivitas, Program Pendampingan.  INCLUSIVE SCHOOL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM AT SD NEGERI 141 LOKAJAYA Khaerudin Yusuf, 1803360 ABSTRACT This research begun from the less than optimal implementation of inclusive education at SD Negeri 141 Lokajaya. There is no identification and assessment in schools so that the learning given is in general form for all children. The research objective was to develop a mentoring program formulation to increase the value of inclusivity in SD Negeri 141 Lokajaya by using a mixed method research approach. The findings of this study were the average score for the inclusivity index reached 83.98% which means that it is very good because it is in the range of 81% -100%, but there are still some points that are below the average score so that it needs to be examined more deeply. Based on the research findings, there is a need for schools, namely the need for a mentoring program that contains an understanding of the identification and assessment of children with special needs as well as learning accommodation to accommodate the diversity of needs of students. This mentoring program is carried out for 1 month with a 4in-3on pattern. It is hoped that this assistance program can increase the inclusivity value of SD Negeri 141 Lokajaya.
