Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari organizational trust terhadap job embeddedness pada karyawan generasi Y di kota Bandung. Partisipan (N= 350, usia 26-40 tahun; jenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan; berdomisili di Kota Bandung) mengisi kuesioner Organizational Trust Inventory-Short Form (OTI-SF) untuk mengetahui tingkat kepercayaan terhadap organisasi karyawan; dan Job Embeddedness Scale untuk mengukur tingkat kelekatan terhadap pekerjaan karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan tingkat organizational trust memengaruhi tingkat job embeddedness dengan kontribusi peningkatan sebesar 47,3% dan signifikansi sebesar <0,00. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa organizational trust memengaruhi job embeddedness pada karyawan generasi Y di kota Bandung secara positif. Participants (N = 350, age 26-40 years; gender male and female; domiciled in Bandung City) filled out the Organizational Trust Inventory-Short Form (OTI-SF) questionnaire to determine the level of trust in employee organizations; and Job Embeddedness Scale to measure the level of attachment to employee jobs. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. The results obtained show that the level of organizational trust affects the level of job embeddedness with an increase in contribution of 47,3% and a significance of <0.00. So it can be concluded that organizational trust affects job embeddedness in generation Y employees in the city of Bandung positively. Keywords: organizational trust; job embeddedness; Y generation.
