    Abstract

    Tugas Akhir ini membahas tentang pembuatan rangka bawah meja las portable untuk mengetahui waktu dan biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pembuatan komponen rangka bawah meja las portable, dalam pembuatannya material yang digunakan adalah besi hollow 40 mm x 40 mmx 2 mm, dan besi siku 40 mm x 40 mm x 2 mm. Proses pembuatan komponen rangka bawah meja las portable ini meliputi: 1. Proses pemotongan 2. Proses pengelasan 3. Proses finishing. Secara teoritis total waktu dan biaya produksi yang dibutuhkan adalah 179,83 menit dan Rp 626.000,00.
    This final project discusses the making of a portable underframe for a portable welding table to determine the time and cost required to manufacture a portable underframe component for a portable welding table, in its manufacture the materials used are 40 mm x 40 mmx 2 mm hollow iron, and 40 mm x 40 angle iron. mm x 2 mm. The process of making the components under the portable welding table includes: 1. Cutting process 2. Welding process 3. Finishing process. Theoretically, the total time and production cost required is 179.83 minutes and Rp. 626,000.00.
