Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah para pelaku UMKM Cirebon sudah menerapkan Total Quality Managenet dan melihat pengaruh Total Quality Management terhadap Kinerja UMKM. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelaku UMKM sektor makanan dan minuman halal di Rumah Kreatif BUMN Cirebon. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang berasal dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada para pelaku UMKM sektor makanan dan minuman halal di Rumah Kreatif BUMN Cirebon. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 74 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linear menunjukkan bahwa variabel Total Quality Management memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja UMKM. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi para pelaku UMKM di Cirebon dan khususnya pada Rumah Kreatif BUMN Cirebon untuk meninjau mengenai penerapan Total Quality Management sehingga mendapat dapat dijadikan gambaran dalam meningkatkan Kinerja UMKM. ABSTRACT This study aims to see whether the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) actors in Cirebon have applied the Total Quality Management or not, and the influence of Total Quality Management on SMEs Performance. The population used in this study was the SMEs actors in the halal foods and beverages sector in Rumah Kreatif BUMN Cirebon (the empowerment program by the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises for micro-business). The data used in this study was primary data of questionnaires distribution to the SMEs actors in the halal food and beverages sector in Rumah Kreatif BUMN Cirebon. The sample used in this study were 74 respondents. The method used in this study is the causality method with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is Simple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the simple linear regression analysis, it shows that the Total Quality Management variable influences the SMEs performance. This study is expected to give benefits for SMEs actors in Cirebon, especially in Rumah Kreatif BUMN Cirebon, and to observe the implementation of Total Quality Management.
