Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat literasi wakaf uang masyarakat generasi muslim milenial Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pendidikan, tingkat religiositas, dan akses media informasi dalam mempengaruhi literasi wakaf uang generasi muslim milenial di Kota Bandung. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang beragama Islam yang lahir pada rentang tahun 1980 sampai awal tahun 2000 dengan jumlah 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi wakaf uang generasi muslim milenial kota Bandung berada di kategori sedang, dan berdasarkan analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel tingkat pendidikan, tingkat religiositas dan akses media informasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel litrasi wakaf uang. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi Badan Wakaf Indonesia (BWI), lembaga wakaf lainnya, dan Lembaga Keuangan Syariah Penerima Wakaf Uang (LKS-PWU) dalam meninjau mengenai literasi wakaf uang pada masyarakat sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai gambaran dalam strategi penghimpunan wakaf uang. This study aims to determine the level of cash waqf literacy for the generation of millennial Muslims in Bandung. This study also aims to determine the level of education, level of religiosity, and access to information media in influencing the literacy of cash waqf for the generation of millennial Muslims in Bandung. The subject of this research is the Muslim community born in the 1980 to early 2000 period with a total of 100 respondents. The method used in this research is the method of causality with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that the waqf literacy of the generation of millennial Muslims in Bandung was in the medium category, and based on multiple linear regression analysis, it showed that together the variables of education level, level of religiosity and access to information media had a significant effect on the variable of money waqf literacy. This research is expected to provide benefits for the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI), other waqf institutions, and Islamic Financial Institutions Receiving Cash Waqf (LKS-PWU) in reviewing the literacy of cash waqf in society so that it can be used as an illustration in the strategy of collecting cash waqf.
