Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan interpretasi personal terhadap niat berkunjung kembali di museum geologi Bandung. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Proses analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier sederhana dengan variabel layanan interpretasi personal sebagai variabel dependen dan niat berkunjung kembali sebagai variabel independen. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penilitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online melalui google form. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling kepada 204 pengunjung yang pernah mengunjungi museum dalam kurun waktu dari tahun 2017-2019. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh layanan interpretasi personal terhadap niat berkunjung kembali hanya 27% dan 73% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya. Meskipun tidak dapat secara langsung berpengaruh namun dalam penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh positif antara layanan interpretasi dengan niat berkunjung kembali. Penelitian ini berkontribusi secara teoritis dan metodelogis terhadap literatur layanan interpretasi personal. Selain itu, dapat membantu pengelola museum geologi dalam memahami layanan interpretasi personal dan niat berkunjung kembali untuk pengembangan di masa yang akan datang. Kata Kunci: Layanan Interpretasi Personal, Niat Berkunjung Kembali, Museum Geologi The purposed of this research is to analyze the effect of personal interpretation service on intention to revisit Bandung Geological Museum. The research method used is quantitative methods. The data analysis process used a simple linear regression method with personal interpretation service variables as the dependent variable and intention to revisit as the independent. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire distributed online by google form. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling technique to 204 visitors who have visited the museum in the periode 2017-2019. The result of this research is that the effect of personal interpretation service on the intention to revisit is only 27% and 73% is influenced by other factors. Althought it cannot be done directly, in this study there is a positive influence between interpretation and intention to revisit. This research contributes theoreticly and methodologically to the personal interpretation service licture. In addition, it can help the manager of the geological museum in understanding personal interpretations and visiting intentions for future developments.
