Abstract
Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh temuan pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang masih kebingungan dalam memutuskan karir. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas konseling karir berfokus solusi dalam meningkatkan kematangan karir mahasiswa tingkat akhir jurusan Tasawuf dan Psikoterapi UIN Bandung tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen kuasi dan desain penelitian non-equivalent control-group. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kematangan karir berupa angket dengan model likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konseling karir berfokus solusi efektif untuk meningkatkan kematangan karir terutama dimensi kompetensi pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Jurusan Tasawuf Psikoterapi Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Rekomendasi ditujukan untuk dosen PA/Konselor dan peneliti selanjutnya. This research is based on the findings of the final year students who are still confused in deciding on a career. The study aims to determine the effectiveness of career counseling focusing solutions in increase the career maturity of final-year students majoring in Sufism and Psychotherapy UIN Bandung in the 2019/2020 school year. The study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and a non-equivalent control-group research design. The sampling technique with purposive sampling technique. Data collection uses a career maturity instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert model. The results of this research showed that solution-focused career counseling was effective in increasing the career maturity especially the dimensions of career competence of final year students of Sufism and Psychotherapy Department UIN Bandung, Academic Year 2019/2020. Recommendations are aimed at academic supervisors / counselors and future researchers.
