Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh Dukungan Lembaga dan Sikap Berwirausaha terhadap Minat Berwirausaha. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel bebas dari penelitian ini adalah Dukungan Lembaga dan Sikap Berwirausaha, sementara Minat Berwirausaha sebagai variabel terikat dengan menggunakan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 392 orang mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Teknik pengambilan data penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Uji Validitas instrumen menggunakan korelasi Product Moment dan uji reabilitas menggunakan Alpa Cronbach. Analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linier berganda dengan alat bantu IBM SPSS Statistic 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Dukungan Lembaga dan Sikap Berwirausaha berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Berwirausaha. Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) memberikan kontribusi yang positif dalam penelitian kewirausahaan, sehingga diperlukan pengembangan model penelitian dengan mempertimbangkan faktor – faktor lain yang juga berperan dalam mendorong minat berwirausaha. Adapun saran yang dapat diberikan dari penelitian ini adalah dengan cara pihak universitas harus memiliki strategi untuk bekerja sama dengan para tokoh sukses dalam berwirausaha di lingkungan universitas untuk lebih merangkul dan mendukung terutama kepada rekan mahasiswa lainnya agar dapat membantu mereka dalam memulai bisnisnya serta pihak universitas harus memancing mahasiswa untuk dapat menyampaikan inovasinya dan juga mahasiswa harus lebih aktif untuk mengikuti berbagai macam kompetisi kewirausahaan agar bisa mendapatkan pengalaman dan ilmu yang lebih banyak. This study aims to determine the effect of university support and entrepreneurial attitudes on entrepreneurial intention. This research is a descriptive verification research with a quantitative approach. The independent variables of this study are University Support and Entrepreneurial Attitudes, while Entrepreneurial Intention is the dependent variable. The research sample consisted of 392 students of the Indonesian University of Education. The sampling method used was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. This research data collection technique using a questionnaire. The instrument validity test uses Product Moment correlation and reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpa. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistic 26. The results of this study indicate that university support and entrepreneurial attitudes have a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) makes a positive contribution to entrepreneurship research, so it is necessary to develop a research model by considering other factors that also play a role in encouraging entrepreneurial intentions. The advice that can be given from this research is that the university must have a strategy to work together with successful entrepreneurial figures in the university environment to embrace and support more, especially to other fellow students so that they can help them in starting their business and the university must provoke. students to be able to convey their innovations and also students must be more active in participating in various kinds of entrepreneurial competitions in order to gain more experience and knowledge.
