Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan banyaknya siswa yang tidak mampu dalam membaca Al-Qur'an. Membaca Al-Qur'an merupakan hal yang penting dalam proses pembelajaran anak, karena hal ini adalah kemampuan dasar yang harus dimiliki oleh anak. Kemampuan membaca artinya kecakapan seorang dalam membaca Al-Qurꞌan dengan benar sesuai tajwid. Dengan adanya program Jumat mengaji di SMA Negeri 6 Kota Bandung diharapkan siswa dapat membaca Al-Qur'an. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini terdiri dari bagaimana hubungan persepsi siswa tentang program Jumat mengaji dengan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an, bagaimana persepsi siswa terhadap program Jumat mengaji dan bagaimana kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan persepsi siswa tentang program Jumat mengaji dengan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an. Penelitian ini terdiri dari persepsi siswa tentang program Jumat mengaji (X) dan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an (Y). Persepsi siswa tentang program Jumat mengaji diukur melalui sub variabel kealaman, psikologis, fisiologis dan tanggapan atau perilaku. Sedangkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an diukur melalui sub variabel pengetahuan membaca Al-Qurꞌan, sikap membaca Al-Qurꞌan dan keterampilan membaca Al-Qur’an. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri kota Bandung yang berjumlah 350 orang. Data diambil dari sampel berjumlah 111 orang dengan teknik simple random sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dengan menggunakan skala likert dan menggunakan analisis data korelasi spearman rank. Berdasarkan analisis data, bahwa hubungan persepsi siswa tentang program Jumat mengaji mempunyai tingkat hubungan yang signifikan dengan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an, sebesar 0,636. Kata Kunci: Persepsi siswa, kemampuan membaca Al-Qurꞌan, program Jumat mengaji Abstract This research is motivated by most of students who are unable to recite the Qur'an. Reading al Qur'an is important in the learning process of children, because this is a basic skill that children must have. The ability to read means the ability of a person to read the Al-Qur'an correctly according to the knowledge of recitation.With the Friday reciting program at SMA Negeri 6 Bandung, it is hoped that students can read the Qurꞌan. The formulation of the research problem consisted of how the students 'perceptions related to the Friday reciting program with the ability to recite the Qur’an, how the students' perceptions of the Friday reciting program and how the ability to recite the Qur'an. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between students' perceptions of the Friday reciting program with the ability to recite the Qurꞌan. This research consisted of students' perceptions about the Friday reciting program (X) and the ability to recite the Qur'an (Y). Students' perceptions of the Friday reciting program were measured through sub-variables of experience, psychology, physiology and responses or behavior. Meanwhile, the ability to recite the Qur'an is measured through the sub-variable knowledge of reciting the Qur'an, reading attitude of Qur'an and reciting skills of the Qurꞌan. The population of this research were 350 students of X grade student of SMA Negeri Bandung. The Data was taken from a sample of 111 people with simple random sampling technique. The research method used is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire using a Likert scale and used spearman rank correlation data analysis. Based on data analysis, that the students' perceptions of the Friday reciting program had a significant level of relationship with the ability to recite the Qurꞌan, which was 0.636.
