Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis mengenai pengaruh produk hotel syariah terhadap keputusan menginap di Noor Muslim Boutique Hotel Bandung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) Mengidentifikasi persepsi tamu mengenai produk hotel syariah di Noor Muslim Boutique Hotel. (2) Menganalisis keputusan tamu menginap di Noor Muslim Boutique Hotel. (3) Menganalisis pengaruh produk hotel syariah terhadap keputusan tamu menginap di Noor Muslim Boutique Hotel. Variabel bebas (independen) dalam penelitian ini produk hotel syariah (X) sedangkan variabel terikat (dependen) pada penelitian ini adalah keputusan menginap (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik sampel random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa produk hotel syariah yang terdapat di Noor Muslim Boutique Hotel Bandung berada pada kategori “baik” dan Keputusan tamu menginap di Noor Muslim Boutique Hotel Bandung berada pada kategori “tinggi”. Produk hotel syariah memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap. Sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa semakin baiknya produk hotel syariah, semakin besar pula keputusan tamu untuk menginap di hotel Noor Muslim Boutique. This study analyzes the effect of Islamic hotel products on the decision to stay at Noor Muslim Boutique Hotel Bandung. The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) To identify guest perceptions about the sharia hotel products at Noor Muslim Boutique Hotel. (2) Analyze guest decisions to stay at Noor Muslim Boutique Hotel. (3) Analyzing the effect of Islamic hotel products on guest decisions to stay at Noor Muslim Boutique Hotel. The independent variable (independent) in this study is the product of Islamic hotels (X) while the dependent variable (dependent) in this study is the decision to stay (Y) . The research method used is descriptive analysis and verificative using a quantitative approach, with a random sampling technique. The data analysis used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the sharia hotel products found in Noor Muslim Boutique Hotel Bandung are in the "good" category and the decision of guests to stay at Noor Muslim Boutique Hotel Bandung is in the "high" category. Islamic hotel products have a significant influence on the decision to stay. So that it can be seen that the better the product of a sharia hotel, the greater the decision for guests to stay at the Noor Muslim Boutique hotel.
