Abstract

ABSTRAK Dieta Diamor (1300048). Pengaruh Tipe Kepribadian Agreeableness dan Conscientiousness terhadap Self-disclosure pada Anak Didik Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas I Tangerang. Skripsi. Departemen Psikologi, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Bandung (2020). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tipe kepribadian agreeableness dan conscientiousness terhadap self-disclosure pada anak didik Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 64 orang anak didik di LPKA Kelas I Tangerang. Data diperoleh melalui instrumen Big Five Inventory (BFI) yang mengukur tipe kepribadian dan Self-disclosure Questionnaire yang mengukur tingkat self-disclosure. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 20. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) mayoritas tipe kepribadian yang dimiliki anak didik adalah conscientiousness 2) tingkat self-disclosure yang dimiliki anak didik tergolong tinggi 3) tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan tipe kepribadian dan self-disclosure. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk menemukan variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi self-disclosure. This study was aimed to find out the influence of agreeableness personality types and conscientiousness on self-disclosure of child prisoners in Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA). The research sample consisted of 64 child prisoners in Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Class I Tangerang. Big Five Inventory (BFI) and Self-disclosure Questionnaire were used to measure the defined characteristics. This quantitative study used was a simple linier regression with using the SPSS 20 program. The results showed 1) the majority of child prisoners’s personality trait is conscientiousness 2) the level of self-disclosure owned by child prisoners’s relatively high 3) there is no significant influence of personality type on self-disclosure. The recommendation for further researchers is to find other variables that can influence self-disclosure.
