Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat keterampilan coffee shop di Kota Bandung dan mengetahui gambaran kinerja usaha pada pelaku usaha coffee shop di Kota Bandung, serta pengaruh keterampilan usaha terhadap kinerja usaha pada bisnis coffee shop di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 283 pemilik coffee shop di kota Bandung dan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 30 pemilik coffee shop di Kota Bandung. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel keterampilan usaha pemilik coffee shop di Kota Bandung termasuk ke dalam kategori baik. Kinerja usaha pemilik coffee shop di Kota Bandung termasuk ke dalam kategori cukup baik. Variabel keterampilan usaha (X) berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja usaha (Y) coffee shop di Kota Bandung. Simpulan dari penelitian ini semakin baik keterampilan usaha maka semakin baik pula kinerja usaha yang dihasilkan. Oleh karena itu saran dari penelitian ini pemilik coffee shop harus lebih meningkatkan kemampuan hardskills karena saat ini perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan serta tekonlogi berkembang dengan cepat, maka dari itu supaya usaha nya terus perkembang dan tidak kalah saing dengan para wirausaha lain sangat penting untuk meningkatkan technical skills. Effect of Business Skills on Coffee Shop Business Performance in the City of Bandung Osy Dwi Munggari 1601797 Abstract This study aims to determine the level of coffee shop skills in the city of Bandung and to find a picture of the performance of businesses in coffee shop entrepreneurs in the city of Bandung, as well as the influence of business skills on business performance in the coffee shop business in Bandung. This research uses descriptive quantitative and verification research types. The population in this study were 283 coffee shop owners in the city of Bandung and the samples in this study were 30 coffee shop owners in the city of Bandung. The results of this study indicate that the variable business skills of coffee shop owners in the city of Bandung fall into either category. The business performance of coffee shop owners in Bandung is included in the quite good category. The business skills variable (X) has a significant positive effect on the coffee shop business performance variable (Y) in Bandung. The conclusion from this study the better the business skills, the better the business performance produced. Therefore, the suggestion from this research is that coffee shop owners should further improve the ability of hardskills because currently the development of science and technology is developing rapidly, therefore, so that the business continues to grow and is no less competitive with other entrepreneurs it is very important to improve technical skills.
