Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil tes awal (pre test) dengan hasil tes akhir (post test) pada kelas eksperimen yang menerapkan model Team Assisted Individualization dalam pembelajaran PPKn dan kelas kontrol yang tidak menerapkan model Team Assisted Individualization dalam pembelajaran PPKn, juga untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajarnya antara kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol. Hipotesis yang akan diuji adalah Pelaksanaan model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada SMA Negeri 1 Telukjambe dengan sampel untuk mewakili populasi tersebut ditetapkan kelas XI IPS 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPA 4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian didasarkan kepada validitas isi, keterandalan dihitung dengan rumus korelasi product moment. Simpulan hasil penelitian sebelum dilakukan tindakan pencapaian kelas kontrol lebih besar daripada kelas eksperimen, hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan hasil rata-rata pre-test kelas eksperimen = 50,20 < 63,67 = hasil rata-rata pre-test kelas kontrol. Selanjutnya hasil rata-rata post-test kelas eksperimen = 92,77 > 82,42 = hasil rata-rata post-test kelas kontrol. Terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dengan penerapan model Team Assisted Individualization siswa mendapatkan suasana belajar yang baru juga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut. This study aims to compare the results of the pre test with the results of the post test in the experimental class that applies the model Team Assisted Individualization in PPKn learning and the control class that does not apply the model Team Assisted Individualization in PPKn learning, also to find out the difference in learning outcomes between the experimental class and the control class. The hypothesis to be tested is that the implementation of the learning model Team Assisted Individualization can improve student learning outcomes. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Telukjambe with a sample to represent the population which was assigned to class XI IPS 1 as the experimental class and class XI IPA 4 as the control class. The research instrument is based on content validity, reliability is calculated using the correlation formula product moment. The conclusion of the research results before the action of the control class achievement is greater than the experimental class, this is indicated by the pre test average result of the experimental class = 50.20 <63.67 = the average result of the control class pre-test. Furthermore, the average post test result of the experimental class = 92.77> 82.42 = the average result of the control class post test. There is a significant increase with the application of the model, Team Assisted Individualization students get a new learning atmosphere which can also improve student learning outcomes based on the results of this study.
