Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penggunaan media yang kurang optimal pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia materi surat undangan. Media pembelajaran yang digunakan terlalu kecil dan siswa tidak dapat melihatnya dengan jelas. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti melakukan pengembangan media pembelajaran sebagai alat bantu dalam pembelajaran untuk siswa SDN Neglasari 02 Cileunyi, Kabupaten Bandung berupa video animasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design and Development (D&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development Implementation, Evaluation). Berdasarkan penilaian dari ahli media memperoleh skor 53 dengan presentase 82,75%, ahli materi memperoleh skor 44 dengan presentase 84,5%. Kemudian, terdapat tanggapan guru kelas V yang memperoleh skor 40 dengan presentase 100% dan tanggapan 25 siswa dengan presentase 90,75%. Hasil presentase yang diperoleh dari penilaian ahli dan tanggapan pengguna berada pada kriteria “Sangat Layak”, menandakan video animasi dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi surat undangan kelas V SD. ----- The background of this research is motivated by the media usage that is not optimal in learning Indonesian in the invitation letter material. The learning media that used is too small and students cannot see it clearly. Based on these, the researchers developed learning media as a learning tool for students of SDN Neglasari 02 Cileunyi, Bandung Regency in the form of animated videos. This research is using Design and Development (D&D) method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development Implementation, Evaluation) model.Based on the media expert's assessment, it scored 53 with percentage 82.75%, the material expert scored 44 with percentage 84.5%. Then there was a response from class Vth grade teacher which scored 40 with a percentage 100% and 25 students responses with a percentage 90.75%. The percentage results obtained from expert judgment and user responses are in the criteria of "Very Worthy", it shows that the animated video can be used as a learning medium in the invitation letter material for class V SD.
