Abstract
Anak sekolah “Suku Dayak Hindu Budha Bumi Segandu” sedang mengalami pertumbuhan cepat kedua sehingga diperlukan konsumsi makan yang cukup untuk memperoleh asupan gizi dan mencapai status gizi optimal. Anak dengan konsumsi makan tidak seimbang rentan mengalami permasalahan gizi yang berdampak pada pertumbuhannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis status gizi dan konsumsi makan pada anak sekolah “Suku Dayak Hindu Budha Bumi Segandu” Indramayu. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi berusia 7-12 tahun dan memiliki orang tua anggota Suku Dayak Losarang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pengukuran antropometri dan wawancara menggunakan instrumen formulir pengukuran antropometri dan lembar food recall 2x24 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan status gizi anak 78% tegolong normal, 11% kurus dan 11% gemuk. Tingkat konsumsi yang sudah sesuai anjuran adalah makanan pokok sedangkan yang belum sesuai anjuran adalah konsumsi lauk hewani, lauk nabati, sayuran, buah dan susu. Tingkat kecukupan kalori, protein, karbohidrat dan lemak pada kelompok usia 7-9 tahun adalah defisit berat, defist ringan, defisit berat dan defisit berat. Sedangkan tingkat kecukupan kalori, protein, karbohidrat dan lemak pada pada kelompok usia 10-12 tahun berturut-turut adalah defisit berat, defisit sedang, defisit berat dan defisit berat. Tingkat kecukupan vitamin A, vitamin C, kalsium dan zat besi termasuk defisit berat serta fosfor dalam defisit ringan dan berat. Rekomendasi untuk mengadakan pendampingan pada orang tua anak sekolah oleh kader posyandu dan lembaga kesehatan mengenai pemilihan bahan makanan dan porsi yang diberikan agar sesuai dengan kecukupan gizi anak sekolah. Schoolchildren in “Suku Dayak Hindu Budha Bumi Segandhu” Indramayu are experiencing a second growth spurt, so it is necessary to consume a balanced healthy diet to obtain nutritional intake and achieve optimal nutritional status. Children with unbalanced food consumption are prone to experiencing nutritional problems that have an impact on their growth. The purpose of this study was to analyze the nutritional status and food consumption of school children of Suku Dayak Hindu Budha Bumi Segandu Indramayu. This research method is descriptive quantitative with the research design is cross-sectional. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with inclusion criteria aged 7-12 years and have parents of Suku Dayak Losarang member. The data was collected by means of anthropometric measurements and interviews using a 2x24 hour food recall form. This research was conducted in January - July 2020. The results of this study showed the nutritional status of the group of children aged 7-10 years 78% was in the normal category and 11% was underweight and 11% was overweight. The level of consumption of staple foods is as recommended, the consumption of animal side dishes, vegetable side dishes, vegetables, fruit and milk is not according to the recommended guidelines for balanced nutrition. Calorie adequacy level is classified as a severe deficit, protein adequacy level is classified as a severe deficit and moderate deficit, and fat and carbohydrates are classified as a severe deficit. Adequacy levels of vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium and iron are classified as severe deficits and phosphorus in mild and severe deficits.. Recommendations for providing assistance to parents of school children by posyandu and health institutions regarding the selection of food ingredients and the portions given according to the nutritional adequacy of school children
